I read the update headlines in Proactive Investor and couldn't believe my luck when this started with 39p this morning.

Good update and bad debt provisions were down.

This full Williams deal has been kept completely under wraps up until Go Live day and though there are plenty clues have been given on the US Listing (MM said it at H2 presentation, Telegraph article, Q3 update only stoked the fire further) let the sceptics be short or without when the news drops. In fact it wouldn't actually surprise if he takes all 3 businesses to the US at once. These RNS's come at 7:02a.m. and the same sceptics, traders and shorts will have no chance to buy post announcement and prior to market opening.

Knowing Moulding things are probably that bit more advanced than people are giving him credit for.

Point Number 1. Most of the promotional material on this including photos and video will have been done with inhouse staff from THG Studio so costing very little.

Point Number 2. You seem to be fail to understand or appreciate what business Networking and the C-Suite is all about. Most business deals find their origins in social and corporate events and through hospitality. This weekend will be a great introducer. One of many to come - in fact 23 yearly.

Point Number 3. Any new US publicity of the Myprotein brand will be most welcome as we are clearly eyeing up a seperate listing for MyProtein in the US.

Point Number 4. I have no problems with Matt Moulding or any new Deputy CEO travelling to the US as many times as they wish - and catching as many internal flights as they wish, to (Cough) visit the New Jersey offices and operations. In fact I suppose we will have to get used to it - at least a couple of times a year.

Point 5 - If we are going to use the term "us shareholders" then you need to hold shares in the company to make that comment. Nobody is fooled. There are a few on here: trolls, multi-ids and fibbers who need to take a long hard look in the mirror or take a conscience reality check whilst lying in their beds about what they have become. Tell your immediate families, mums and dads what you have become. I'm sure they will all be immensely proud.

The Williams deal although non-specific on the price paid and time frame will have actually saved ourselves the vast bulk of £200Million quid and in the tie up THG Ingenuity actually gains business through the distribution of Williams products and apparel as well. Just remember only a few years back THG were on the cusp of signing a £200million 10 year shirt deal with Man Utd, but called it off at the very last minute due to anti-Glazer sentiment and an imminent fan ban on all things Utd associated.

The F1 deal by comparison gets Global tv rights and Global advertising exposure - and by the looks of it, at a fraction of that cost.

All nice stuff to put in your US IPO prospectus.

Redbull sales for one certainly haven't done too badly out of their F1 tie up.

There is no use whispering amongst friends on Linkedin when there is a louder market to shout at using RNS and RNS Reach.

Now the news of the Williams Formula1 deal - excellent deal and visibly beneficial to both sides and at a mere fraction of the cost of a shirt deal with say Man Utd or sponsoring the Derby.

Yes it's a red market day but all this also comes amidst the Telegraph (presumably with good source) saying THG is looking at listing THG Nutrition in the US - and a Q3 Conference call that didn't do anything to deny the rumours.

Kelso advised him many moons ago to use RNS Reach - yet here we still are at a cheaper share price than prior to all of this. Maybe needs a reminder and prompting on Linkedin

Cheap as chips for all that we know is going on and the respective worth of each of the respective Divisions.

Brilliant news on the Williams deal but lets get it out there on RNS for people to see. It's something to shout out about rather rather than being all shy and timid.

Should have done the same with the Asda Mobile Ingenuity deal, Recent Ingenuity tie up with Loreal, Into Sainsburys, Into Decathlon, Into 18 Gym. If not singularly then as a collective when you have got a few of these to bulk together.

All these deals and now a Williams tie up and more than rumours THG Nutrition is gearing up for a US listing.

Net effect to date. Plus ZERO to the share price presently.

Just needs somebody to table a fresh offer for THG or Nutrition and test the non existence of the Golden share, whilst we await other developments.

To sit and wait for the Nutrition US Listing announcement and the valuation attach to it.

That plus at least one High profile announcement we were told is coming. (That for me probably begins with T and ends with O)

Or at these levels, the next approach from Private Equity or another.

That's how I interpreted it as well JoshuaT1990.

However, although say you get for instance 33% of the new company its new valuation will reflect nearer the true value of the business and it's prospects.

It's odds on Nutrition is the one for a seperate US listing and on recent deals it has to be worth somewhere between £2.5 to £3 Billion and possibly more. Todays dip (market makers) just reinforces that view.

The focus would then turn back to the actual value of the other 2 businesses and what they would be worth listed elsewhere also.

That should have read as

Excuse also any gaga English in there. Multitasking.

This market, and it's in the main market makers, do not give balance or indeed due credit for anything that THG does or achieves. That's always been the case and with eth free float played without any due regard to the vast majority of shares which are stickily held. Hence the Pond scum and overfishing debates of old.

Lets take for instance some recent examples: THG Ingenuity deal with Asda Mobile, Into 220 Sainsbury stores with MyProtein, same with into 50 Decathlon stores, same with into 18Gym in Romania and the sp actually got to an all time recent low of just under 65p. The Telegraph article on seperate listing can also be thrown into that dynamic as it got to that number the day after the Telegraph .

Then you have nothing to dispel THG Nutrition going seperate listing. If anything Matt Moulding fanned the flames in his reply that all THG Divisional accounts since seperation are UK and US compliant. A US listing of THG Nutrition it has to be said is worth several multiples of todays share price. That is not just me saying it. Kelso have eruditely pointed it out with full working out. So have Liberum. B of America likewise. Moulding even said it himself in the last but one Conference call at Half yearly results.

So here we are at 69p and after 2 bid rounds in 18 months - lowest of which was 170p and with Apollo on their bid having valuing THG Ingenuity at significantly higher than the present share price.

This is why so many companies are delisting and going elsewhere and why there is a dearth of any new Iistings and is inevitable imvho that THG Nutrition will list seperately and I think the Telegraph have a decent enough source to be publishing in print wha IPO's.

It's up to you whether or not you are holding or indeed short when that news drops. You won't I suspect get any prior warning other than you have now. Moulding and Co are guarded and highly secretive on what they are up to and on timings.

Now today somebody used about £15K of low volume trades to reduce the SP to 60p, and accompanied by low single digit trades. I'll leave you to figure out who.

Question 1 - (Andrew Wade at Jeffries). We have all seen in the press over the weekend about the potential US IPO of the Nutrition business. Any update you can give us? Any strategic update you can give us from that perspective? Thats the 1st one?

Could have said no and knocked it into touch.

Instead a lengthy answer highlighting the £15M spend on splitting the group into the 3 seperate divisional legal entities and each being both UK and US compliant, etc etc

Just work out a 5.7X Revenue multiple on THG Nutrition which had a £675Million revenue in 2022, has grown since and has just had a record quarter. That's what Mars paid for Kevins Natural Foods.
