Anybody else yawning waiting for the Q3 update? There was me thinking all the previous financial and reporting processes had all been tightened up as well. Anybody privy to a response from the company.

CEO definitely appears missing in action.

Priced at a silly level, literally no real daily volume and the recent drops seem to be market maker led through the size of the spread. Intention is to keep buying at fixed entry points to build a good average.

Indeed excellent numbers and they should do well over the Festive period.

After several years in the doldrums they do seem to have hit a winning formula.

No dividend Brewman91 but a share buyback program to come instead @WRKS. Buy back the stock and cancel it. Less shares there for others to purchase. Nice to see Killik and Co hopping onboard also and taking another 3% plus out the market.

I think you're might be mixing up all the respective holdings Kelso have.

They pick up a decent dividend in NCC at the end of this month (I believe 30th Nov?) and nice to see things returning to normal over there yesterday with what appears to be a recent seller having cleared.

Can't argue with that STE as he's been advised to buy back THG shares when the share price is low and also to RNS more news. That includes making use of RNS Reach also for THG "information" posts. The THG tie up with the Williams Formula 1 Team for instance was imvho high profile and should have been a minimum of an RNS Reach. That way it reaches "The City" and elsewhere on the RNS circulation list.

Anyway we digress from 3 seperate businesses each worth far more that the present share price and market cap. 2 of them significantly more so and THG Nutrition looking like "seperate listing" elsewhere in the not too distant...

THG looks like it will be relisting its THG Nutrition business seperately in the US. KLSO have made good money to start with over there but the big money comes if THG Nutrition relists and the Nutrition business alone must be worth about 3 times the present share price for what is the full group. Wasn't long after they invested in THG that Apollo popped up with a bid (rebuked by THG) but its the 2nd for the whole group in 18 months and there have also been 2 recent approaches for Nutrition (Not RNS'd). Must be just a matter of time until next event.

@ WRKS is in good profit and the share buyback instead of a dividend should move that on further by lessening the free float, you would think. Good time also to be in a value retailer what with the Festive season just starting.

@NCC. In profit also there and again an eye on a bargain and the much bigger prize.

Would be an instant solution to Moulding's Pond Scum pots, overfishing and Fugazi markets posts where short selling and market makers create a total disconnect between Sum of Parts valuations and the present share price.

It's also one of the main reasons why MyProtein will be relisted elsewhere as a seperate company "in the not too distant future".

Excellent numbers off Ryanair and that is some whacking profit.

You missed a bit, which was the other RNS with their October numbers also up 9.1% year on year.

Full sector was imo grossly oversold and the sector is proving the doomsters wrong imvho and if you believed sometimes you just have to go with your gut and take the opportunities presented.

The stumbling block of their bid for THG was that they were after "controlling equity interests" in both THG Nutrition and THG Beauty.

Just shows they are doing deals at less than 51% controlling interests.

They must be tempted to have another pop here what with the share price so low - and that Golden share having been relinquished - post their last offer.

Probably the most pertinent pointer for today is the above title thread..

Looks like last nights Fed decision to keep things on hold in the US has led to some "risk on" re-emerging today, especially in the FTSE250 and 100 stocks.

All eyes on midday here and if it follows trend and copies yet again then being the Governor of the BofE has to be the easiest job in the world for the salary as all you do is copy the Fed's decision the day before. Would I suspect have been interesting to see the thought processes it was the other way round and with the Uk decision the day before the US.

Just the overall markets I suspect.

Always been a good share to buy low and wait for the macro to turn as funds use financial instruments to trade it down with the macro and to pocket physical shares.
