What insight do they have that others haven't?

Never known a stock like this being made to yoyo back and forth 5% to 10% virtually daily.

Somebody is making a lot of money out of this.

Is making their own luck here and knowing that there is now a £960 Million Green Energy Growth Accelerator fund, Government support and various interests in the product, as well as large cash on the balance sheet.

The PFC share price has simply lost its marbles.

Absolutely no concept of company worth prevailing here at all.

Somebody will come a knocking.

But actually with free delivery also thrown in as well for a takeover approach.

What an absolutely ludicrous share price.

Indeed very good progress but accompanied by the usual sh #t show of dropping the price. Hence why everybody just switches off and volumes tail off to a trickle.

Should be much higher but we are where we are.

Camp 1 - If you think that 0.25p is as good as it gets and you get out with a Premium to what you otherwise would get.

Camp 2 - If you think that around £4M for the market cap is simply too low and that a rival bidder (Oil or Power company) might emerge. Funding needs set aside but obviously on top.

On the Government Support side and a share of the £960Million Green Energy Acceerator fund and also now on the ITM Power growth front

UN Climate Report also out yesterday urging countries to do more (ahead of COP) giving us a nice backdrop on top of countries pursuit of energy security through varied sources.

Looks like we should shortly be on the receiving end of some Polish business and possibly Australian business as well after Fridays posts. The mention also of UK Finance to help and assist with export and overseas finance is also an understated bonus.

Definite change in the background political mood and environment as of Friday, what with the Government now actively shifting to and pursuing and encouraging a "Growth" agenda to help build the economy.

In line with that it was also superb that the Chancellor used ITM Power as the backdrop for his £4.5 Billion manufacturing growth fund announcement and the £960Million which is being ringfenced into a Green Energy Accelerator Fund and from which we should benefit. And of course his glowing endorsement also of ITM.

It shouldn't take too many announcements, or too long, before this gets back to somewhere between £1 and £2 per share again.

The forthcoming COP summit should also let us "table our wares" to large scale corporate and government clients and hopefully leading to a few more delegations visiting Sheffield.

I'm not sure I agree with that comment on the Oligarchs but more importantly is it worth sticking a few £K in?

I know they need funding but at just over £4million it looks like an opportunistic offer from Lighthouse and stealing VLS for a song. I say that given all the multi millions it would take anyone to get where they are at plus intellectual property.

It must be worth more to an Oil company and most looking to up their ESG credentials and moving towards Net Zero. Most it has to be said after high oil prices are flush with cash.

Likely downside. Yes all shares can in theory fall to zero but presently Lighthouse are offering 0.25p

It's a shame they sanctioned the Oligarchs for there is one who if I remember correctly has always been associated here and who would have snapped VLS up at this price.

What I think is the most striking part of todays announcement is that they haven't even been pursuing any plan B.

Is it though worth a couple of £K speculative punt on someone else with deeper pockets coming out the woodwork. I know VLS needs funding on to but just over £4M seems so, so cheap...

Surprised nobody has mentioned this yet as its relevant, but on Friday a A £4.5 Billion Investment Package for manufacturing was announced by the Chancellor during a visit to ITM Powers plant in Sheffield. He had the BBC in tow.

It includes a near £1 Billion support package for Green Energy manufacturers.

All part of the Governments Plan for growth
