Share price is too low for all the options in the table.

Over 57Million were traded yesterday and at 22p and 23p at that so don;t be giving them away cheaply.

The companies order book and contract wins in the last 6 months is the best it has been in it's history.

No thanks to the present share price.

Happy to wait for non core asset sales or a strategic buy in.

It's a bonkers market cap for the company keeping its guidance.

Looks like the new CEO has definitely turned the tables round and a cash pile to die for.

HMG support now also there through Hunt and Sunak's recent push for growth and nearly £1 Billion of government support coming through the Green Energy Accelerator Fund.

Makes for a good jan update and it does make you wonder why it's not over the £1.00.

Anyone out there available that can list all the Non-Core assets and how mkuch each of the respective divisions might be worth individually?

My own personal preference would be for an interested industry player buying the least profitable division or buying in for a strategic stake.

Should force others interested parties to come forward early to declare a hand otherwise they risk losing out.

It does expedite the timeline for a deal though if they are already speaking with one interested party.

Been out Christmas shopping and taking in an Xmas market today and surprised to see it back under the 80p level although I see it was up to 82.5p at one point today. Somebody possibly to-ing and fro-ing the share price as not yet finished accumulating would be my guess. No Royal Mail strike this year to adversely impact key UK sales during the Golden quarter has to be an appeal. That plus soft comparitors from last year. We'll know come the January update which is when I'll look to review what I have.

Also really surprised to be fair that Matt Moulding hasn't RNS'd the Biossance latest buy out of admin or at least done a Linkedin post on the logic for the buy. They paid a low 7 figure sum for CityAM and had we got a nice lengthy Linkedin post virtually straight away yet we pay roughly 16 times those Cityam monies for Biossance, yet nothing.

Good news this and not surprised in the slightest.

If talks have been held then given how this was made to fall with about 50% or more last week alone then the share price must have been nearer 40p to 50p when those talks were had.

At this market cap it can't be even valuing one of the divisions let alone the whole company so personally I'm expecting a lot more and including a Sovereign Wealth fund to bid for the whole group.

Expecting a lot more interest given the Order book.

Plutus, every single one of them are pond sc#m. Detest them all myself.

But I will say this - there was ample opportunity to read all the optionality in this mornings statements and press the buy button at and fyb at 15p or thereabouts.

Somebody started taking this share price down coincident with the Israel Gaza conflict then compound it with boiler room spew. Add in large MM spread movements and there must be at least 30 to 50 points to be given back on good news and with short closure.

Look back in a couple of weeks, then into the new year and 3months down the line. Super low market cap and some super contract wins all in the last 6 months.

Definite uptcik in volume today.

10a.m. we are now at over 2 million traded when some days recently we have only been managing 1m to 1.5M for the full day.

Just look at it ticking up fast. Clearly this is going to be the largest one day volume in PFC's history

Lot of shorts unwinding and exiting fast and a lot more to come yet, and as people hold and sit tight.

In reality there has been nothing new over the last few weeks from what was the 85p after the Fitch ratings boost.

Fortune always favours the brave and its nice to see the dranmatic turnaround from FUD to FOMO.

Personally I'm in no rush to sell of such a low valuation.

Lots of short unwinding still to come and lots will also readily jump onboard at any whiff of sale interest news or indeed any further contracts.

The big plus for me is that the BoD and company are well connected in the Arab World and so many states and companies are cash rich at the minute off recent high oil process.

Could easily double or treble from here in a flash and the latter would only get it back to 69p. Thats how criminally low this share price had gotten.

If the BoD have any sense then they are already ahead of the game with the potential sale of one or more of the non core assets or divisions, hence the appointment of a new Non Exec to handle matters, whilst the day to day business of contract delivery sits with the existing BoD.

This is so low value wise that the whole company could fall prey in a flash, especially with this morning For sale sign just being erected on OFC and all its subsidiaries.

Some will sell too quick for their 5% and this exact same situation existed at 85p so there is a lot of upward mileage left and especially if we start to get drip feeds of interested parties.

I'm going to be bold and go for the full company being acquired by a Middle Eastern Sovereign Wealth Fund.

The appeal is there with the such a low company valuation, large scale order book and the diversity of work right through from hydrocarbon work to green energy alternatives like wind, solar and through to the carbon capture of recent contracts.

Yes its looking like we might be moving into and staying in the eighties.

Picking up of companies out of Admin for not a lot of money and where you can instantly fit them into the business and add expertise and instant synergy and savings is to be applauded.

At some point also this has to reflect No Postal disputes this year and what decimated 6 weeks of kep golden quarter, Festive trading sales in the Uk (UK accounting for about 1/3 of group sales) Just remember all of last years fear in the media of presents not arriving for Xmas and refunds having to be issued. Not so this year.

Have to agree with AS1 in that the bid for Adore ($120M)and this new purchase out of admin does seem to be indicting a renewed confidence in how sales / revenue might be recovering.

Added bonus with such a low share price is that there is always the potential that up pops another Bid or seperate listing news pops up at any time.

Well E_AL theres certainly a lot more options put on that table today than all the doomsters talk of D4E and accounting for 30p to 50p including market making spreads.

Sale of non-core assets will you would think be first. Been watching the same happen at Hammerson for several months and years and they HMSO are presently in talks to offload their Value Retail division (of Bicester Village fame etc) for £1 Billion. Start clearing the shelves of the non-core then the sp will start to rebuild whilst all other options get progressed.
