But Softbank for definite raises the eyebrows and the head given previous associations with THG Ingenuity and also with their full and recent knowledge and experience of listing in the US.

You don't bring that entourage with you just to check on how the "kit" is working.

Share price up or a Change of faces on the BoD. That's what's I see comin at this lowly share price.

Frustrated investors tend to vote for the best path to realise a return on their investment.

It's not rocket science to see whats coming imvho.

Was incredibly oversold and still is at not much over cash on the balance sheet.

That plus probably because people are sensing that a deal with Kawasaki might be in the offing and that would elevate the share price much, much higher. They brought an awful lot of people with them to their ITM visit yesterday so weren't just there for tea and biscuits.

Your perfectly welcome to sell up all you have. In fact the more that do the better then MW can finish off building their long position on the cheap and we can move back up. These guys make money both on the fall and on the rise of the share price and you are completely naive if you think otherwise. Long positions can be built up to 3% without you ever getting to hear about them.

With over £600M cash and facilities available THG ain't going bust anytime soon so at the present level, and less than the 69p that caused Kelso to send a letter to the BoD, and less than the what Apollo valued THG Ingenuity alone at I personally wouldn't be selling any.

But each to their own devices.

Not defending peoples frustrations with IR or the present share price PMH198 and fair play to you for trying on many occasions to elicit even the mere basics like Financial Calender updates.

Not defending THG either but I did post a couple of weeks back that THG were recruiting Corporate Comms staff at all levels. Shows over 100 applicants so perhaps an acknowledgement of a deficiency and some light at the end of the tunnel.

Interesting find that E_AL and following on from the recently reported Shell workstream and other delegations that have visited ITM in Sheffield. This full Kawasaki delegation just didn't happen to be passing Sheffield and popped in for a cup of tea. They were there to talk business.

The Plug and Ceres share prices all starting to motor again is good news also.

Just checked and remarkably ITM is presently valued at just over the cash on its balance sheet. Thought initially I'd misread it.

Anacott the agreement in part bit was that I generally agree that Moulding has had nothing to do with recent falls or indeed the over egging of the falls in recent days and I actually agreed with Zak Mir that the share price deserved higher based on the update and available cash. (towards 100p he said).

Where I in part disagreed was that I did however think that the Unsigned Iain Mac January 2nd RNS from the THG Board, when he was on holiday, did provide a the catalyst for a fall - not as happened as it was completely non-operational in nature.

Its hard to deny the blatant undervaluation at the present share price. It was actually over this share price when we were told what Apollo valued THG Ingenuity at

Add THG Nutrition and THG beauty on top.

Well I was going to say the same thing Anacott in part. Todays fall actually had nothing to to do with Matt Moulding or the Q4 update which actually read creditably well (FCF Breakeven despite, £125M Capex, £600 Mill cash and facilities, nice Holland and Barret deal in the offing also.

Today saw an orchestrated fall timed in the last half hour and after the share price was heading into the blue and was over 66p. Again accompanied by small (coded) trades and algo sells into the close. Check back and you can see. Same rigmaroll as the last few days.

Two sets of disgruntleds. Matt with the City conspiring against him and those disgruntled with Matt for the present share price.

No point moaning about it on here or to Investor Relations it would seem - so do something about it. Sell up if your unhappy. Sell half and risk it turning back upwards. Buy more even if you feel inclined, Or contact the FCA and report blatant manipulation or Contact Kelso and pop your shareholder votes into their corner.

Personally I'll hold and top up at strategic points as the share price is now 4p under the 69p it was when it triggered Kelso to write to the Board on the 31st October to try and get them to address the undervaluation of the share price and with a shareholder vote.

Something gives between now and the end of May when they announce the AGM date. That or several of the BoD will in all probability be facing a confidence vote.

Now up to 33 Million.

And just on the topic of inflation.

The expectant inflation CPI print was expected to reduce from a previous 3.9% to 3.8% increase, but actually came in marginally ahead at 4%. Given falls from 8% plus over the last 6 months to a year, hardly earth shattering and redeemeable.

Most important thing though is, that despite all and sundry, the focus on profitable orders has seen THG hit its guidance.

Mr Market might not wish to be reflective of that fact given how it placed its chips prior but that's the reality of it. Guidance hit and visible recovery in Beauty and Ingenuity with the H+B business not reflected either.

Simple dynamics really.

We stay at these prices and a next Bid will unfold for THG as a whole or the parts and The Board in the interim need to UP the share price (Iain Mac RNS fall from 89p) between now and AGM or they will find a few additional resolutions on the AGM ballot sheet, courtesy of Kelso. Nice to see them still in the wings monitoring and posting.

Others to watch till next news and 3 new purchases yesterday off overdone dips. None of which I shall post on and happy to sit as a silent backseat passenger.

Non story really Shabz and down to UK, US and European products (bulk of the business) managed this side of the RS and others countries being sourced by other routes or "in country". Japan and India the latest.

Funnily enough the 89p is where it was prior to the pre-results fall.

They'll be picking up.

Never underestimate the effect of having missed guidance so many times, and to actually hit it for once.

Especially when the share price was dropped in advance in expectation of another miss.

Good comments off Zak Mir, Liberum and also a couple of the analysts actually congratulating MM on hitting his numbers and hopefully some upward revisions off them in the next few days and weeks.

Still SO SO cheap on a Sum of parts basis and has the pendulum now swung and whereby in future the THG share price rises into any futures quarterly update, and particularly with the very real prospect of interest rates falling over the next year.

Personally I'd just like to see the share price back to the 88p and 89p it was prior to 2nd Jan and from there with further news it can move up further.

I'm seasoned enough to know that MM's move share prices up and down in advance of updates, even after them, but in essence with THG hitting guidance its hard to see the justification for recent falls. So hopefully it makes its way back up.
