When Mays european arrangement has finally been kicked out ,we can then concentrate on the real brexit, a range of emergency measures will be put in place to keep trade moving,as without them BOTH sides will suffer,then real negotiations can take place and with heightened minds deals will happen. much better than kicking the can down the road for ever and a day
