Almacogan if I sell my shares it would be at a big loss in real terms so I prefer to keep it to a paper loss ,I bought these as a pension top up longterm view.

I wonder if the banks fought as hard to pay the divi as they did to keep their bonuses, guess not

Don't like to criticise people who have to make decisions but I do think the BOE have panicked and have given a knee jerk reaction response regarding the divi for private investors after all Lloyds did pass it stress test.Seems some have been furloughed and some of us fcuked

Think Lloyds should apply for charity status ,that will save a few Bob in tax

All the risk should be the goverments if they want the backs to lend recklessly ,the banks did this once lending 125%Mortgages, that did not end well either

As we are now the governments free piggy bank our opinions dont count anymore

Predictions, predictions when have these so called experts ever got it right they make us beat before we've started,once we get this under control, then testing, social distancing ,hygiene and a good dose of common sense will see us through until a vaccine in available. The house I lived in the early seventies did not have central heating or insulation ,but in the winter it did have ice on the inside of the windows ,garden size is secondary to me ,I prefer my living standard now

Snige obviously size matters to you ,I prefer quality ,houses may may have smaller garden but they now have insulation and central heating improving living standards
