Yeah I am assuming diagnostic & P140, but he mentions getting some deals done. Some isn’t two.

He refers several times to deals, even mentions some deals so he’s not talking about two. What am I missing, are there more products he thinks can deal on? I thought only two and surely these would be encompassed in one deal.

I repeat they have not defaulted. They came to an agreement with the lenders. There has never been any default.

I’m still laughing that they RNS’d a website upgrade, even more so when I looked at it, must be a £99 a month deal with a freelancer.

J.kemp that is exactly why the mcap will be less than cash as they will burn it to death. I’ve said all along that Tim needs to negotiate a deal heavily weighted to up front as the milestone timings will be very far off, given they will most likely be linked to ‘success’ points. Royalties you are looking at 2030 so nothing will be factored in on those. Most probably the best time to sell will be immediately upon the announcement as it will surely drift for the next 2 years

Hits you are wrong, there was no default and ANGS didn’t state twice that they couldn’t pay. On your predictions…

1. I think the terms will be better, not worse.

2. There may still be some D4E swaps. The market cap is going to rocket in any case.

3. There was a deal, and there may still be a deal. I’m not sure it will be attractive though.

For sure they wont be valued at cash in bank levels. Also wonder what is next for them if they get a deal on P140? Nowt I suspect.

Don’t forget Rookie, we don’t have any deals yet. Might not even happen if the Pharmas decide it s too risky having failed the last clinical trial. Need to keep a balanced view.

Not it’s no a default. All was agreed with the lender and I expect the grace period extended. The strong cash inflow puts them in an excellent position to focus on work over and production increase. All the time bringing in more and more cash who kwt comfortably paying down debt.
