Romaron when you say Trieste is ex Austrian that is a bit simplistic(correct but gives a wrong impression) . Accept my love for Italy and the beautiful country . Its correct from a point of view that in a time in history it joined the Hasburg Empire but . Trieste was also part of the Republic of Venice , its people historically , Veneti and the city an important one in the Roman Empire for centuries, the vast majority of the population has always spoken Italian or a Venetian dialect as you well know Italy itself did not unify till 1861 . So you can argue that given continental Europe has had a lot of changes and unifying of cities or areas to new states and kingdoms , calling Trieste ex Austria is a tad different to the views someone from Trieste may have. They were annexed(voluntarily) purely for economic reasons in the past. Population has always been Veneti as was most of Istria .
In a way then I can say Budapest was ex Austrian, kind of correct as was ruled by the Hasburgs but Budapest has always and will always be Hungarian.
I only say this as Britain's stability and unity have always remained the same for a 1000 years whilst in Europe its more about the people than the actual name of the state/country . Just look at Germany only unified in 1871 . Trieste has always really been Italian from a population point of view. Or Veneti to be precise. Sorry for the Off Topic.

I track inventories globally and by region, and its tight for sure. The war has only made things worse but in reality demand was increasing already .

Am not sure if the mms are shaking on purpose as caught out with low inventory . Who knows but sub 35p is a joke when this is a 60p stock with brent sustaining above $90 for the whole year

Technically that is a bullish sign so far today . Interesting to know when we get news on gas and if someone as always already know , 385p is cheap , everyone knows that , its just that investors trust operational updates nowadays and trust real cash delivered and projects delivered. Ours in Tolmount though is very much game changing in cash terms . As at today's prices HBR will be printing money

Actually pretty tired of it all. Tempted to take a tiny profit and move away as its not making sense and hasn't for almost 2 years now Last year I banked over 40% from over 100% on Enquest. This year at this rate am around 10% and frankly speaking am exhausted with this position . $100 or $90 or $80 all year are great values for cash flow yet share price is priced like when we were at $50 . Am tired now

not just that but its over 6 times our hedged levels. So the unhedged gas production should be literally printing cash .

Crazy to see HBR at these levels and not a multiple . Not to mention Brent

Over 70$ of free cash flow on the unhedged part , this is the hedge one needs in the portfolio . In fact year to date am up 8.82% on my portfolio and I bet not many can say that this year , combination of short tech and long oil . When you hear someone complain about inflation ask them how did you hedge ? Sadly they won't have, though I discovered only last week my neighbour is long Serica which am too and it made me feel good thinking at least some people do something about things and stop to think . Hedge is key

$50m is what they make now in 1.5 months with the unhedged production. Doubt that is a worry , They should be full cash and getting stronger by the day . Daily ups and downs of Brent when over 90 seem to impact the price yet its totally surreal and wrong . In fact over $80 and Enquest is filling with cash on a daily basis

So current SP is a big mystery

just needs that RNS that shows cash flow at current brent levels for 22 Q1 . We got a glimpse of Jan as being great .

So the longer Brent stays above 70/80 ie a nice long period the inevitable re-rating will come . Even a modest 20k with $60 marging ( $30 for breakeven and $90 the unhedged price ) would give $1.2m a day or $36m a month etc Then add the unhedged . So cash flow for 2022 will be superb , cutting debt down fast , the daily dollar or 2 up or down are meaningless even though Enquest seems to have a bad day on both ways. Cash flow is king .

Big players exit quietly and in one go after all. or use equity swaps to avoid buying and selling actually shares

No . They seem to have quite the same position as back on the 8th of Nov. Just moved it 3 times in last 3 days and yesterday they are slightly below. Marginally as their 56m shares are still there.

When big players exit they don't do it a few shares a day publicly they accumulate the trade till filled which takes a while and its perfectly standard practice They are probably just doing adjustments in relation to some hedge

financial pain don't tell me about it.

Enquest drops if Brent goes from 95 to 94.8 ! You couldn't make it up . IF someone asked me where Enquest would be last year at Brent cash close to $95 I'd say easily mid 40s

Russians have never been smart at all and live in a warped society . Look at their overall standards of living , ( not the London ones who escaped with millions cheating their citizens. ) Actually look how tacky they are over here.

Living in peace raising standards of living and quality of life and quality of planet for all should be the priority of all nations . yet they want to play power mongers and destroy everything . All are pigs in my view

about time too when you consider the discrepancy Brent and Gas vs Share price and free cash flows building up

Barc analyst has them at 570 yet I still think that is too cheap especially if Brent decides to stay above 80 all year

Well that would be my view.

I look at Harbour as the best for 2022 and probably 2023 Its fallen the most and has more to catch up .
Its equally impressive when you see Harbour divided by Brent and Harbour divided by the gas prices. Now those ratios alone make me think this is a huge outlier and won't go unnoticed if the operational updates confirm it and same for Tolmount , there is a consensus analyst view of over 500p the most recent 570 from Barclays same chap I pointed out on Enquest bb ( his track record isn't awesome was what I wrote ) Maybe he turns the tide ;-)

I wouldn't be so surprised to see divis increasing in 2023 with Brent and Gas at these levels too as debt will plummet
The longer we stay above 80 the bigger the impact it will have on the balance sheet here. Just stay above 80 and eventually this flies
