Georgian Christmas day apparently. I can't believe that has been brought up again!

Jester: I too am really struggling with the logic of Zaza seemingly wanting us back trading without any decent news as the sp would be down in single digits Imo. It does seem from previous actions that he knows who the 5m seller is and if that person has to continue selling then maybe he just wants them to get a crap price bwtfdik. It does seem strange.

But mjones how can you come on here eulogizing about TW. Have you read his rantings? He says horrible things about lots of people. He may end up being right on Frontera. We all hope not obviously, but, whatever, we will be able to sleep at night as we have picked an investment and failed, costing noone else their hardearned. You cannot however as TW is a leach, living off others wealth. Why are you here??? Do you enjoying gloating over innocent people's misfortune? Shame on you.

Fut1a: Zaza did not suspend the shares. It automatically happens when there is no Nomad. Given the Company statement last night saying that the resignation was a shock, the conclusion is that the Company probably didn't want the shares suspended.

I have written this off in my mind but it would be wonderful if justice finally prevailed in the New Year.

Mixed messages for me to be taken from Zaza's statement.
How can they not know the reason for the resignation? Does it suggest a complete breakdown in communications between the Company and the Nomad? It would be good to find out the reason for the resignation; shouldn't this information be in the public domain?
The Company seems to want the shares trading again. To be honest I am glad they're not as we would be materially lower than we are now.
The positive is the intention to get us back to normal asap but before then we need to have the court case uncertainty reduced. My wish if for an OOC settlement and then an MOU (at least) with BP announced before trading recommenced. Now that would be a Happy New Year ... unless you are short in the stock ;).

Tbh not a good thing to read. Raises more questions than answers. It is a shame that the nomad isn't obliged (for market transparency) to tell us why he resigned. Does he have such disrespect for Zaza not to tell him personally why he resigned? This just gets worse and worse as we approach Christmas Day...
