I think if Mole just said he had contacted Zaza would provide comfort as then at least we would know that Zaza was aware of how worried some of us are...

Well there are already a couple of major shareholders on the Board overseeing things ;)!
But it is a sound suggestion imo and Mole would be my suggestion, if he had the time and inclination to take it on of course.
As shareholders do we have the power to nominate non Exec Directors?

Pophead: I agree that it would have been a bloodbath; the RNS first up would have ensured that. But the suspension was purely as a result of the unexpected resignation of the Nomad. I have no idea why Zaza seemingly was prepared for the sp to crash. Maybe he wanted the 5m seller to get less for his accelerating sales?

Given FRR's statement it is clear that the Nomad's resignation, and therefore the suspension, was a shock. We need a new Nomad asap and I sincerely hope the Company are doing everything they can to get a new one appointed.

Meanwhile in the real World the clock ticks in the Cayman courts....

mjones: your earlier post referred to 'every expert commentary'. You have mentioned one by some FRRench commentator. Can you list all the other 'experts' you refer to please?

Presumably, without a Nomad, we could get a court update from the Company later today?

Fg: indeed, there are a lot of rose tinted spectacles being donned here. Our Nomad has resigned and no-one knows why. Zaza claims even he doesn't know. We have a massive Court case where the injunction was lifted. We have seen papers that show Hope in a good light. We are suspended with the clock ticking towards delisting. The above are all facts. Most of the rest is speculation with a big positive bias. I hope given the size of my shareholding, that you guys are right but am not sleeping at night through worry.

I see Fillpot makes a compelling case for us to appoint WHI as the Nomad. Please forgive the ignorance but are WHI acting as Nomad for other companies? Do they have the necessary expertise/authority?

Well there is a chance of an out of court settlement RNS.
My guess it is unlikely that a new Nomad could be that swift.
But imo it is really important that they appoint a new Nomad asap.
