JS: without wanting to dish your post, it is difficult, and probably inappropriate, for you to comment on Zaza as a person if you haven't met him and purely on your interpretation of opinions of people who have.

Having met him, I would say that yes he does have a slight edge to him, but he also came across as professional with a steely determination. He appeared trustworthy, amiable, completely aligned with shareholders and completely confident that this will all bear fruit for all our mutual benefit. Just my opinion/impression!

Cairn Financial Advisers LLP ("Cairn") has informed the Company of its resignation as the Company's Nominated Adviser ("Nomad") with immediate effect.

In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a replacement Nomad within one month of the date of Cairn's resignation, admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled."

Does seem odd to me. He talks about updates being discounted by the market ... well there isn't one currently. Then he says 'best to keep suspension'. Well we have no choice! We will be in a much better place when we have a Nomad again and it cannot happen soon enough imo.

In terms of the point, it seems pretty clear from the Company statement on 24th that they want this sorted asap. To remind you it said:
"Accordingly, the Company is working to rectify this unanticipated situation and return its shares to normal trading as soon as possible."

I have no idea how long it takes to get a new Nomad but let's just let them get on with it.

Timster: we were paying Cairn as Nomad (unless that is why they resigned!) and have monies to pay expensive lawyers so I don't imagine that lack of funds will stop us appointing a new Nomad. But presumably they will have to do due diligence before taking the position, which is one reason why it would probably be most straightforward to appoint WH Ireland bwtfdik.

Once the Nomad resigned the share was automatically suspended.
Hence in the RNS the contact details are all for the LSE (as opposed to the Company).
I suspect the words 'temporary suspension' is standard wording, but the Company cannot come back from suspension until it has a new Nomad.
It is also clear from the Company statement at lunchtime on the 24th that they didn't want the suspension.

jme: you are incorrect. Nowhere in any RNSs does it say that we hope to have one appointed by the end of Jan. On the news release by the company on the website it says:

'Accordingly, the Company is working to rectify this unanticipated situation and return its shares to normal trading as soon as possible.'

Petch: FRR can release news without a Nomad.
The Nomad resignation was a shock to FRR.
How anyone can be 100% certain of a great outcome from this given what little we know is beyond me.
