Tsbs: the suspension is what has cost Mole (for which he has everyone's sympathy I am sure). It was the Nomad resignation that caused the suspension. You are inferring that the resignation was Frontera's fault, which is not known to be fair. Frontera may have contributed to Cairn's position becoming untenable but we do know that it came as a shock to them. If Cairn had, say, given a month's notice then perhaps a new Nomad could have been appointed immediately on their leaving and so there would have been no suspension and no loss of the shares being suitable to Mole's broker as collateral.
I would politely suggest you consider the facts that we do know before casting your blame on Zaza for this.

I believe Devex is correct and so would underline your comment that the appointment of a new Nomad is a major positive for the Company, and means a hell of a lot more than just protecting our ISA envelopes!

Puddy: to be honest it would be better to at least have the shareholder meeting and no drink, than no meeting at all. Zaza doesn't have to have those meetings and, if he was being disingenuous, then he would probably be more likely to have a drink! We now know that there was a lot more going on than appeared so it isn't surprising he had to go away for the call.
However, the fact that we weren't told about the interest is a concern imo too.
I remain optimistic ... not that that counts for anything!

There seems to be plenty of worry today about delisting and the associated implications.
In my opinion this is misplaced as Zaza will not want to delist. He will want Frontera to appear a properly governed and managed business so will be doing everything he can to ensure delisting so I would fully expect a Nomad appointment announcement next week or alternatively an announcement of an extension to the deadline whilst the new Nomad appointment is finalised. The Company statement on 24 December said they were shocked and wanted to get the shares back on the market asap.
Even if I am wrong and we do delist that is not game over. We can relist or we can list on an alternative exchange. But all the signals (YA sorting/court case/BH/BP/Funding) point to us wanting to be a proper quoted Company doing big business with the big boys.

Kenirogas/Star: CHL moved to the Nex exchange a year or two back and the LSE bb is still in use, so shouldn't be an issue ... especially as I am convinced it will be unnecessary as we won't be delisted.
On the searching for a new Nomad point, Frontera to all intents and purposes said they were with their comment late on 24 December.

Shatner: sorry no. A number of ii users have joined a forum on Tapatalk in the event that the share is delisted, which they think will mean there will be no forum on ii.
However, if the share is delisted this forum will still be up.

We were not suspended "due to debt default" ffs.
If you have to post on here Kalan please get your facts right before doing so.
We were suspended owing to the resignation of the Nomad; it is an automatic consequence.

I see that on ii many have joined Tapatalk for a new forum in case we get delisted. I stopped posting on ii when they did their system upgrade last year but have opened a Tapatalk account. Can someone who is already on there tell me how to access the FRR group please? Is a link needed?
