Although the inference from YJ from the guys who spoke to them yesterday (including Shatner, who is reliable) was that we are really struggling to find a new Nomad.
I guess the positives are that we are trying to find a new Nomad. Zaza clearly (and rightly) doesn't want this delisted so one would suspect that if we are, he will be working hard to get us relisted asap.

I suspect we may not have known about the injunction update without your efforts over the past couple of days and the fact that you mentioned you had news this morning.

If we take the Company statement on 24 December at its word and then YJ's words saying that Zaza has been trying hard to get a Nomad then, assuming we do delist this week, it will only be down to not having succeeded within the time window.
One can then presumably assume that the search will continue and come to fruition and we will relist ...
However, hopefully an RNS can be issued tomorrow whatever so that such assumptions aren't necessary!

Timster: I would prefer we get the Nomad appointment rather than an extension.
Another month of there are only 30 ... 29 ... 28 days etc to go would be akin to torture and then there's Hottrader77's 'input'.
(Although I do appreciate it would be slightly less concerning as the new Nomad would be doing dd)
