We are likely only to be concerned about CGT, at least in the short term, as it is unlikely that there will be any dividends in the foreseeable future.
So presumably it is just a case of comparing the proceeds of sale, which will be the net figure after costs and converting back into sterling, less the cost of the shares, which we already know.
Does anyone know what happens if we don't relist by 5 April? Does the fact we have delisted count as a disposal for CGT purposes thereby generating large losses to carry forward? Or presumably the cost of the shares when they were originally purchased remains and then there is either a profit or loss on ultimate disposal if they relist, or a loss if FRR goes bust?
