The fact that you have been trying so far without success is not an encouraging sign and must be frustrating for you. If the court actions mean they still can't say anything they could at least just tell you that...

Arsenal/sonny: hopefully one of the FSHG team will read these repeated requests and say whether they have made any new efforts to get any information from the Company on all our behalf ... we are members of the Group so that they have the clout to speak to the Company, so it would be good to hear what they are doing?

Bizarrely my post from yesterday morning asking FSHG whether, in the light of the latest news garnered by the super sleuths, it was now timely and appropriate to see whether there was any news that could be released, has been removed???
It had quite a few tick ups and I didn't see a response from anyone from FSHG, so could one of you guys revert with a response please?

In the light of the developments in the two courts would it be appropriate and timely for FSHG to ask whether there is anything that can now be released by way of an update?

Had our shares still been quoted, then all other things being equal, the transformation of the Block sp would have had a positive effect on our sp.
But we aren't quoted and all other things are not quite equal!!!

So it seems that the new court case will have its first procedural hearing in July. Looking at the case brought it seems highly unlikely Zaza is going to accept mediation or anything other than Hope being hung drawn and quartered, and goodness knows how long that will take.
In the meantime the Georgian Government will ramp up the pressure to get our assets and YA will require payment. So, presumably we are already either fecked or we are in a positive place operations wise. The fact that we are able to pay what will be massive legal costs suggests the latter. But the frustrating thing is that all we are able to do is rely on snippets of information gathered by the super sleuths and try to piece together what is really happening.
Oh to have invested in a 'normal' share...! You really couldn't make this one up.

This sounds an interesting hypothesis, which I haven't seen suggested before (apologies if it has and I missed it). Whilst it sounds a remote possibility it does sound plausible.

Thanks Zen; hopefully you are right, but, as seems often the case with FRR, wording could be better.
Of course, the reason that we are all having to analyse everything is that we just do not know anything. Thankfully the superb sleuths continue to find stuff but then we still have to surmise what it means and speculate on what is happening. To me, Sunday's commencement of court actions smacks of desperation and I really hope Pyro and others are right and we have had funding come through, but having been invested for so long it is hard not to always look on the negative side as, historically, that has been the case more often than a positive outcome.
