Indeed Tsbs, it seems highly unlikely Tim would be revealing anything in confidence. Tim hasn't revealed anything about anything this year, and has said that he knows nothing.

LL: agreed it doesn't make sense. There must be relevant stuff we don't know surely? But then there was speculation that we had aces up our sleeve, maybe from YA, but nothing has appeared. Indeed the evidence provided so far has been pretty feeble. Someone did say that there were some board minutes that were a bit more damming so it would be good to see those.

If Devex is right, then surely that is one of the creditors the Judge will be looking to protect, which will be achieved by the assets being liquidated and BH repaid.

Spudsoil: this looks a sound summary. On that basis we should expect the judge to deny the injunction, which means if our lawyers are to be believed, it won't get to trial as we will be bankrupt.

Arsenal: agreed on that point but we also need to: 'establish that he is likely to succeed on the merits'....

Our lawyers have made it clear that Hope is going for all the group companies. Is he legally able to do that? They're separate legal entities and so unless there were cross company guarantees in place I don't see how that could be possible. Anyone able to explain please?

RR: you're living in cloud cuckoo land. Making statements like that given the perilous state of all our hard earned is just crass and intensely annoying tbh.

Tsbs: alas I am inclined to agree with your thoughts.

This is clearly a much better case put forward by our lawyers but the evidence of Hope's misdeanours doesn't appear overwhelming (subject to seeing the attachments). The question is whether there is enough here for the judge to conclude that the injunction should be put in place. If he doesn't clearly the lawyers believe it is game over for FRR and us all. So we are potentially at death's door with our investments.
Trying to stand back from this, which is nigh on impossible obviously, one would have thought that by granting the injunction then surely the judge has little to lose as the assets will still be there for Hope.

That says responses by 23 May. I thought Hope had been granted an extension?
