Rainbow: Shatner didn't say there wasn't any MOU or NDA, he has just reported what he has found and, whilst it makes difficult reading, it is better to know facts than live in your fantasy world.
So, just filter any poster who posts a negative fact and all will turn out fine won't it ... NOT!

There are one or two positives to counter the plethora of negatives: DOS lodged in Caymans and not challenged yet as far as we know (this is a real major positive and doesn't stack up with the fact that operations are halted and staff not paid). Hope off the Board, which may open the door to finance. And the fact that we are still alive. I know its a small thing, but if we were about to go bust, surely the last thing they would do is recommence sending out share certs?

We know that the Company, at some point (maybe March/April time) stopped issuing share certificates to holders. At the time there was speculation, but no facts, as to the reason why. The fact they have now resumed issuing share certificates, whilst a small thing, is in my opinion another major positive sign that the Company is alive and kicking and also mindful that it has an obligation to its shareholders.
Shoot, I'm sounding a bit like Rainbow ... :(

I assume with your timeframe you're referring to information from the Company? If so, presumably this is a pure guess like the rest of us mushrooms can make and, as such, of no value.
We will in the meantime hear news on the court cases and any other 'noise' thanks to the fabulous sleuths we are fortunate to have in our midst.

The delay in the tender announcement is good news imo. There's no way we could have been awarded it currently. But, if over the next few months we announce a JV with BP and start working in Moldova then we suddenly become a player who the Ukraine Government can award the contract to, without looking complete fools.
