Appreciate you sharing your thoughts in response to Gipps request.
For what it's worth (diddly squat!) I am feeling pretty negative about our prospects in the light of recent developments, but I do continue to take some positivity that Zaza and Steve have a huge amount to lose (unless they aren't intending to include us in the future structure somehow). They have attempted to take steps since December to protect the asset and there may well be further actions that we are unaware of.
Re: your second point, Hope would have had to be off the Board for us to be able to sign up to any agreement and he has only been off since the end of May(ish) (from memory). This is not long enough imo to finalise a deal involving many parties, and also probably not sufficient time to raise finance, although I think finance is challenging whilst we are delisted and in Courts.
So, possibly not quite as negative as the picture you paint, but none of us know.

So, if the transfer has failed does that mean that the Cayman's piece yesterday is the liquidator getting his mits on the asset...?

Devex posted on ii a few days ago to say that despite messaging the Company from time to time they have had no response.

The fact that Zaza and Steve are personally being sued in the Cayman's and Texas could potentially act as a lever to get some deal concluded (which hopefully we will find out about!) more effectively than anything we could potentially do as shareholders to pressurise them for an update. Just musing...

Good to see that you're still posting this morning following some unwarranted bullying yesterday evening. It was a shame as the posts earlier in the day had been enlightening and there was a good discussion, with Oopsi's find re Ukraine coming from left field. Your research and knowledge (and the fact you share it) is appreciated by some of us on this Board.

RR: if the Judge has been reading your posts over the past year he should be able to empathise with the pain the rest of us shareholders have been enduring ... ;).

MP: your definition of a DOS is spot on (aside the fact that OMF is not the liquidator). The challenge is that we have no idea what the debt owed is. It could be small, meaning the DOS isn't especially noteworthy (or reassuring).

MP: because, as Star has pointed out, we don't know how much it actually covers. I certainly assumed it covered the whole $30m but now we know that debt is elsewhere and so won't be covered by the DOS.

Star: thanks for explaining. It's frustrating that what was perceived as very good news on here (when we read about the DOS) is actually not what we believed.

Good morning Star. The reason that the Company was put into liquidation was that the $2m was defaulted on, so presumably the DOS relates to that default, and the whole of the $30m debt? Or am I incorrect?

I thought it might be interesting to summarise who holds the shares. So as I understand it there are 17.25 billion authorised, of which 15.761billion have been issued.
The known shareholdings are:
FSHG private shareholders 4.4billion (per Devex post on here), which equates to c28% of the issued capital.
Steve N: 1.71billion, which equates to c10.8% of the issued capital.
Zaza: 1.04billion, which equates to c6.6% of the issued capital.

There were other issues to major shareholders but, owing to the RNS history on here not going back far enough, I cannot get the detail. Besides they could have all been subsequently sold.
So who holds the remaining 8.611billion shares, equating to c54.6% of the Company?

Many will clearly be held by private investors not part of FSHG but it would be really interesting to know whether there are any institutions/Corporates invested. Does anyone have any information on any large investors?

Tsbs: it would be good if you could do that.
Personally I will be shocked if it has been paid and wouldn't be surprised if YA are the next party to sue Zaza and SN but we are all speculating as usual as we know diddly squat!

Didn't StarRage point out late yesterday that Outrider's only recourse was to go for shares as that's what the personal guarantee was (ie they can't go for cash)? Sorry am out on mobile so not so easy to check back.

Shatner messaged a Georgian mining club person (or similar) on social media two or three weeks back and he said nothing was happening on the ground and some worker hadn't been paid this year (or something similar). That may not be completely accurate but that was the gist of it.
