Trading vs. investing is basically the financial world’s version of dating vs. marriage.
Trading is swiping right on a hot stock, texting it at 2AM, selling it by breakfast, and ghosting it forever.
Investing is settling down, meeting the stock’s family, enduring its midlife crises, and growing old together with steady dividends and the occasional awkward shareholder meeting.
One requires charisma, quick reflexes, and nerves of steel. The other needs patience, emotional support, and a tolerance for the occasional market tantrum.
In short: traders are speed-dating with euros, investors are writing heartfelt vows to their portfolio.
Should I write vows for your portfolio? Or maybe whip up a dating profile for your next trade?
