I re entered here as you know last week - i had looked at all the trading trends etc and thought I had seen a common denominator that occurs in other stocks in this position - where an overhang is held for an onslaught of business - either the upper house of MMs know what they are doing or I have read it completely wrong !!

Either way it is invaluable learning material and increases the chances of success on other stocks when a similar opportunity arises.

I am astonished that there has not been a communication yet - what are they waiting for ??

Anyway - my thoughts are that this week will be the longest that they will have before investors sentiment collapses altogether IMHO.

Maybe the law is worded incorrectly then - if you can inform them of their errors i am sure they would benefit from being corrected - as I said previously the law is the law - no one can alter that fact and you will find an explicit referencing in sub.1.26 to the previously raised issues.

However the crux of the matter is that no one should resort to online abuse - healthy debate and conversation is a far better vehicle.

I hope our recent re entering of this stock was a wise decision - i was expecting a slightly better start today :(

unless you know of another form of legalistic procedure - The statement, is reckless and constitutes a deliberate smear on character. Furthermore, the implication of personal reliability in the form of verbal inference, especially in a public forum, may be construed as harassment and defamation under UK law, particularly Sections 1 and 2 of the Defamation Act 2013.

It must be made unequivocally clear: online anonymity does not absolve a user from responsibility or shield them from legal consequence. Repeating unverified, offensive allegations in a public venue, even under the guise of hearsay, carries reputational risks and opens the door to potential civil action.

Calling someone a liar - especially with the framing is reckless. I am sure that you do not go round calling people liars without due course or supporting evidence.

I also note that once someone has made an obvious faux par they don't have the common decency to retract or apologise. The law is there for a reason one day you may need it to defend yourself in a whole host of potential situations, although we all hope not to have to.

Trombone, although I agree with your sentiment I very much doubt that NFX haven’t mapped out a plan, which I believe will move forward very soon.

I believe that NFX will be one of the most successful stocks this year - let’s hope so 🤞
