Hi Op, It is me despite the missing 'a' in my monicker. LSE's fault!
I believe that our opponents were effectively debarred from defending this ages ago for not having filed a Defence in time. Hopefully our brief will plead this and the Judge will agree.
Just not sure this won't be further delayed - but I can wait.

After quite a bit of homework I decided this looks a good thing in which to invest for income so I have bought half a unit here for now. Specializes in providing warehouses only for 'last mile' deliveries for internet purchases. Was looking at Warehouse Reit but it does not. Also seems to be building a nice recent record of increasing profits and divis. Will continue as, sadly, bricks and mortar shops die.
