...to the co that they consider diluting the 43% holder down to 29% (The liquidator in charge will not wish to spend his own cash to buy more SAE) with an underwritten rights issue at close to market price. That would avoid the risk of a fire sale of the holding withe buyer then picking off another 7% in the market over time and avoiding having to offer anyone a sensible price in a takeover. Seems sensible to me.

New high ground. I have made major changes in portfolio to insure against inflation which I believe will be the next world bogeyman. Could it be the reason why this is in high ground? All infrastructure contracts have index-linking built into their contracts, Incidentally, I have also bought a large chunk of TIPS, topped up Vanguard's Target Retirement Fund (which holds a good deal of i/l gilts) and added to a resources IT holding. Not exciting but may prove right in next 18mths.

...to look interesting SP. I changed platforms and was forced to sell my holding. The fall in SP has actually forced me to think of buying again and, surprise surprise, my new platform, Fidelity, will now happily let me have them in my ISA!! Hoping the price drift continues a bit longer.

...to pass on a nice dividend, and if they give one, it should prod the SP back beyond three quid.

...to buy again before a very positive RNS this evening! SP ended this awful day up a squidgeon. Hopefully further progress coming.

....don't like 'averaging down' any more without a POSITIVE and sadly, at present, there isn't one. Of course, as soon as one appears the SP will rocket, but from bitter experience I will wait for that and buy more only when the short-termers cash their profits, if that happens.

I can only see the market price for lithium rocketing and ours is still in the ground and substantial, as well as only being the subsidiary commodity.
