I don’t see the new BOD telling punters this is about to BOOM!

I see lots of work going on in the background…

I see a new “aligned” BOD trying their best to turn this around, for all of us…

Will they achieve it? Who knows…

Well personally, I see this as a new investment and with “determined” people at the helm…

We all have the choice to walk away.

The less we cut costs, the deeper you need to dig into your own pocket….

The more they cut “unnecessary’ costs the better imo…

If you have a “team” digging a trench for the good of all concerned and you have some people rolling a cigarette and others playing on their phones……. Get shot I say!

This is not a charity…

Let’s hope to see more cost savings…

I think it would be prudent to get rid of any dead wood and reduce cash burn to the absolute minimum before any placing…

Otherwise it could feel like a two finger salute quite frankly…

I guess it’s pretty standard for a new manager or CEO to sit back and take stock on who is pulling their weight and adding value to the company, then eventually reward those who bring something “value adding” the table…

Then get shot of those who are just there to take the money?

It’s what i would do…

But then I am just a simple carpenter, what do I know? except if I do a poor job for a customer I don’t expect to get paid… that’s the real world for you!…. In the real world you have to EARN money to survive…
