Boo BoD need to head this off, he could push for a premium LSE listing and the changes that come with it, he ends up doing what Boo have done to RevB, it’s possible ?

He could be 50% on his way T4G - looks that way?

Another £40M and he’s top dog, he will be calling for BoD seats

I would take 26p today and bring my average (35p) down even further but Big Mike has scuppered that one - I had 30p next buy in price but we didn’t hit on the Bid

Sit back for now and await the TU

It’s highly unlikely we will see 25p, big Mike floored the share price

Boo themselves have the fire power to buyback more shares at £300M m/cap they will take advantage as could Mike Ashley

and many of us PI’s who are bottom fishing longs with dry powder

Hinges of course on the the next TU, place your bets will the reduction in COGS be material ? If Boo back in profit we will see a rerate upwards from here

He only has to disclose when he breaches each 1%, he built up the 1% then tweaked over and had to TR1

We now get the same on each percentage point, big Mike is buying in the open market IF we don’t get an II TR1 disposal

Hence if Boo did a buyback he would get squeezed and the Shorts, it’s smart business by Boo BoD

T4G one or other ….

Ideally they buy and place in treasury if we had a choice

he must have took the view he wasn’t going to get to 10 via another II selling out ie Norges

Guessing Big Mike would want to leverage up to access the new Boo 1M sq/ft automated fulfilment centre and of course Sheffield, he’s definitely light regarding dedication on line infrastructure

Longs on here took the view when Mike bought at 35p that was an anchor on the price short term alongside NAV & RevB now sorted

Boo BoD have a one off opportunity to buy back £50M of Boo Shares, stops Ashley buying in on the cheap, the shorts will be running for the door and it’s earnings enhancing going forward put aside the feel good factor for the employees who were awarded share packages
