The point here is that AA & Kistos are showing ambition whilst the SQZ board have been caught sleeping at the wheel.

Kistos will be debt free by Q3 which will then allow divi's to be paid. Yes, SQZ have paid a divi but lets be honest in the grand scheme of things is very little considering the cash hoard that's working for nobody.

AA is fantastic to his shareholders, don't forget AA is the biggest holder in Kistos, which im sure you'll see later this year when this acquisition / merger is completed.

I'd be surprised if tis deal doesn't happen. But then again life is full of surprises.
