The reason I like this share/company is that Chinook and Royston wells are not priced in to the share price, unlike 88e, who's shares plummeted when their well didn't deliver what was expected. So much to look forward to in the coming months, its going to be quite interesting to see how this unfolds.
House broker finnCap said in May that the coronavirus test could potentially generate revenues of up to around £1.5mln per week.
This is based on partner Cytiva’s scalable manufacturing method, which is capable of producing 10,000 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) beads per hour.
Such revenues, which amount to £75mln on an annualised basis, could theoretically generate a gross margin of 60-80%
This has got to be worth £5m mc with this farm out, the potential is off the scale
Depends on how much is calculated in the ground. A neighboring oil field has estimated 1 billion barrels of oil itg. So guessing £1b sale price isn't out of the question., but we won't really know until they get there.
Definitely something stirring in the background, seems to be defrosting.
I think if it continues with profits of 0.7m for the next 3 quarters then the mc will be somewhere in the region of 35 to 50 million.
If I was a betting man which I'm not, but if I was, I reckon this won't go for less than 30 million mcap. But don't quote me on that. ATB.
