Found a few company records ( just a quick search) not going to list them all but Adaptalent LLC is another good example Sallus does initial formation director before resigning as director then new directors appointed same day who remain in control.

Daniel Sallus partner Stone and Sallus LLP based in California, amongst other things is a specialist in company formation, so see him as a holding director, found some records of him as initial director of newly formed companies and then removed. Way off the mark Albert

Italian, I completely agree with you, I first invested in this company because I really believed in the concept, you know my history, I’m in a much better position than most and still willing to take a long term small punt. I do think that success or otherwise will be dependant on what happens to Matchett. If he remains end of, if he moves on or is moved on then possibly we will see a return. Middle ground might be he becomes a silent partner. I just can’t see him giving up the glory of owning Naps without a fight. He is Mr Image.

The new app wasn’t released on time, new target date end of Feb, but nothing about beta testing so how likely is that? Shares delisted on AIM, might (subject to need for funding) relist in America next year.

My point went to the total inaccuracy of your statement Albert not the process. It is and always has been possible to trade privately. I think you might have problems Albert with trying to persuade your buyer to ignore the actual crap market value and accept your notional value. But I was thinking more of you as a stepford investor, you might want to hover up some more shares after delisting lol. You could get your loses down to less than 90% then. Not that the share price matters.

Incidentally you can trade the shares privately. If you can find a buyer you can do a off platform trade notifying the company registrar and your trading platform of change of ownership. The company registrar will transfer ownership issue a new certificate direct to your buyer and then your trading platform will remove the shares from your account ( as per guidance from Hl )

The Share price might have a notional value of 1p but it’s actual value is about half that. Down from 18p high, the document makes it very clear that future plans rely on additional funding. Let’s hope those potential investors don’t do their due diligence, otherwise they could be asking some very difficult questions like ‘Do I want to invest in a possibility or should I consider company history. Funny how a company share price never has much relevance when it’s crashed and burned.

Djp my buy out comment was in relation to my earlier comment about posters on here and another board suggesting ridiculous share price increases or a buy out before delisting. Your second scenario might result in a Sirius Mining type fire sale, where even breaking might depend on how much PIs have spent averaging down. The current Napster app sits on a Microsoft platform which might have been a logical match for a buy out by Microsoft if Naps were still to be linked to Microsoft and doing well, don’t know if Microsoft own the new cloud based platform, but then again in recent years Microsoft have been more inclined to dispose of its acquisitions not directly linked to its core business.
