Chuck into that the share price, market recognition of the company value, how much above the share price would a purchaser be prepared to pay?

Just some variables in buy out value indicators from a quick search:

Growth rate…. both in terms of expansion and product production, for mining companies often location issue, in this case think Russia and possible complications?

Competitive advantages……Russia, possible sanctions?

Competency of original management…..what are they handing over, to what extent have they proved the company to be viable or profitable now or in the future and at what cost?

Market Share…..Mining, ease of getting product out of the ground compared to other locations?

Size and developed status of company……Are there better options

Industry and business model of the company…. Is there a need for the product? Yes but can customers obtain in with less complications elsewhere?

Capital insensitivity…….do you require more equipment than already available as part of the purchase to conduct the core business?

Sales and distribution……. Do you already have a customer network? Have they actually sold anything? Does the extraction cost and political climate make your operation more expensive than your competitors thus reducing profit margins?
