Wouldn't it be a pleasant surprise to hear that as the very professional and efficient BDO team have been on with RevB 2022 accounts for so long they took the opportunity to get a good headstart with 2023 accounts too. My confidence with that scenario is not too high admittedly.

Agree on the absolute shambles. Delays as a direct result of BDO it could be said are largely out of Bobs hands. Informative updates regarding every other aspect of the business are not. The very least we should have expected during this period was to be kept in the loop. But no, investors in the company placed in this position by management incompetence don't even deserve that it appears.

Nothing we say at this time is very helpful but as been said before given the reasons the SP arrived down here which had nothing to do with all of the information both negative an positive that has surfaced since, all we need is the right RNS alleviating any concerns, showing good headway and setting out a comprehensive strategic route forward and there is no reason why it can't return and even push through previous highs very quickly. Nothing wrong with having your more reserved view of course. Come on Bob, pull your finger out and put us out of our misery. I just can't see any information it contains justifying the ridiculous delays we've endured but as long as I'm suitably rewarded all will become good.

There is uncertainty for sure and they've been compounded by the numerous delays and lack of information coming forth. We need to see that one RNS we are all waiting for. I had hoped for today.

My post is referencing the disconnect between current SP and the business and why that might be Matty, I see not any evidence in the SP that the 65% lot feel any different.

Three divisions here each all separately valued at way above the current SP. Price here has no relationship at all with the businesses it's purely showing the total disrespect and lack of confidence that investors have for the questionable decisions made by that selfish egotistical maniac Mathew Moulding and his cardboard cut out of Lord Lucan. That will change within the months leading up to the discussed definitive events but the exact point is yet to be determined. One thing for sure if I sold out now waiting for 40p it would with 80% certainty climb to nearer 80p so all I can do is hunker down and wait.

One thing for sure Bob Holt and his IR team have set the bar so low that we all expect total disappointment, so impossibly low it almost seems like that was the plan.

And I'm happy to bet my home that Warren Buffet will hold none of this crap in his portfolio so if you are going to ramp to the high heavens at least try and keep it a little realistic.

Ria - done my homework thanks, you're starting to sound like fatty Ricketts and as he's demonstrated time and time again there is absolutely no viable use or market for anything VRS is producing. That's why there is raises and he is out. It's likely the lights will be off and the doors closed for good soon.

Of you believe that Market Makers do not influence prices you are very naive, it's a practice which is well documented should you care to research it.

I think I've given up trying to predict where this SP is going in the short term but with all of the rumours, news, hints, brokers reports pointing at just how much THG is undervalued plus heading toward GS expiry and positive cash flow I really wouldn't understand how it would fall from here. Don't even have the high level of shorting to blame now.

Given that Mr Moulding has total control over any comments being made to him on LinkedIn and removes any posts not purely stroking his ego I had the thought to start a thread directed to him regards his actions and the effects it has on our investments should he ever care enough to read them. It wouldn't be a thread for discussion purely a means of getting the thoughts of the smaller investor condensed in a place they can be easily found. I won't go first incase the general consensus feels it's a bad idea. Cheers all.

Incidentally I've witnessed that such is the fair and unbiased nature of linkedin social media, any comments made on there in reference to his latest post which aren't purely stroking his ego are removed quite sharpish. Perhaps more investors should try voicing their feelings on the subject there and see what happens.

The conundrum, it's easy to berate MM and hold him responsible for my reduction in value of my investment, after all his sole purpose should be to create and release value for his shareholders. As hard as the fall from recent high on speculation is to swallow perhaps the breakdown in talks is genuinely down to holding fast on his intention to deliver true value to shareholders as he suggests. Can only wait it out and see.

In principle I agree, but then it didn't make sense the first or second time either. I am however trying to keep the faith, this has been a particularly long drawn out pain, a pain that could have been somewhat relieved with at least some business updates along the way. This is not the start I had wished to experience under Bob's control, I can only hope it improves, soon.
