And for the record the same people that have that take on the BOO/REVB debacle are implicating Matt Moulding being involved with his holding there. I'm not saying there is anything in that and in honesty I very much doubt it.

Canary, just for the sake of keeping to facts, your take on BOO wanting to steal REVB from current shareholders is purely guesswork, at the moment all that is known for sure is that they are using their weight to suggest changing a couple of board members for persons known to them. Obviously the current CEO Bob Holt who's been selected for outing is making his discontentment at their proposal known which is little wonder given the bonus he's expecting on resubmission.

That's the golden question that us mere investors can but hypothesise. In my own case sooner the better but more important to me will be just how much value my holding has gained during this long forced suspension, I daresay for a 200% increase on opening day the drama will fall behind me quickly.

Then perhaps this very intelligent Mathew Lynne has not yet picked up on REVBs most recent performance figures or indeed the large growth in revenue and profits of competitors in its sector. REVB is not fast fashion, I just appears that he hasn't cottoned on.

Could well be. All food for thought. I just wonder if we'll ever get the full true story. See what tomorrow brings.

I've mentioned this before but Bob Holt is the only person that has voiced it this way and with his mega bonus riding on him staying he certainly has motive to fight his corner tooth and nail.

I've said before that perhaps BOO are just as sick as us at the long suspension and lack of Comms and for the sake of looking after their 26% interest they want to see their investment grow with new fresh management. I think that's more feasible than wanting to put in crap management to deliberately damage the company to pick up on the cheap. My thoughts are that I'd like to see Bob stay and give him a chance to continue the good work he appears to have started although I do think his bonus renumeration package is somewhat excessive.

Thanks ajc2, then it's safe to assume BH was welcomed by the original founders in their hour of need in which case far from seeking revenge they may even feel a sense of loyalty. If REVB continues to grow under the current management I'm sure they can stay involved to a degree and experience their company prosper, being absorbed by the shambles that BOO currently is would offer them a far more detached outlook I think. We'll know soon enough hopefully.

Ok, get that but surely both of those results are based on them being accountable for the findings of the forensic accounting not BH. Did we establish who was responsible for the decision to place Bob at the helm initially? Would that not have been at the vote of the founders to see them through a pickle? If Bob has done what he needed to do to save their company that they have large holdings in why would they feel the need to seek revenge?

Anyway I'm just thinking out loud, what will be will be I guess.

If shareholders feel the best thing to produce long-term value for our holdings is to remain independent of BOO and allow current management to grow the business in a way their last update shows they appear to be doing, why would the founders with their large holdings obtained at £1.60 feel any different? What deal could BOO offer them that would give them better long-term prospects? Could they be bought then offered the REVB helm back at some point in the future? There must be an angle for them to side with BOO?

I'm sure we are all feeling the same way, let Bob not make a mockery of his "on the cusp" statements otherwise his credibility will be further damaged and he just can't afford that right now for our sake as well as his own.

Having been closely following the REVB story I think you are right to suggest it is all to do with the current fight with BOO to retain ownership. It's suggested that as Matt has a considerable holding in REVB he's possibly in cohorts with BOO to get required votes to oust current board to gain control. Ceasing commercial ties seems to be Bob Holt's response.

Based on the set of events which led to the fall to where we are now all being removed and an exceptional update just been given I would expect 40p to very easily be surpassed on first day of trading.

Ajc, thanks for quick reply, yes I knew of Matt Mouldings holding here and even suggested he may be in cohorts with BOO. Guess this could be Bob's response to him. He must feel it won't hurt sales I guess. It's all happening.

RNS also states they are ceasing commercial ties with THG? Any comments on that?

Bit disappointing that it took BOO to light a fire under Bob to get him to communicate but hopefully it's a valuable lesson learned. My only small concern now is how many times we'll hear "on the cusp" that's now two or even three times if you count corrected RNS. Exciting stuff.

Hosai, has BOO ever suggested they don't want REVB back trading? No, only person got this in your head is BH having spat his dummy out over a threat of removal and his resulting no bonus. There is an awful lot of imagination being voiced. Best way for BOO to profit here with their holding is to get us resubmitted to trading and for us to prosper, hence the fire they've placed under Bob's ass.

I tend to agree, but then it's only natural to be a little suspicious given BOO track record. What it does show is the degree of potential they see in REVB that they want to realise as best they can. Hopefully will all turn out in our favour.
