Cristina, why would you think it a good thing if REVB were to be suspended? You realise that because of the underhand power play BOO made it was one of the limited routes they could take to commence with the coming out of suspension that was planned? I take it you are not invested in REVB but in BOO? If you think REVB would make a good acquisition to the failing BOO perhaps invest in REVB instead of supporting the aggressive and disruptive actions of BOO? Makes sense to me.

T4g, I don't deny that I don't see why it wouldn't be a good idea for the two companies to work together to exploit each others strengths. Unfortunately BOO recently changed the perception that their intention was ever to "work together"

Did you voice your feelings regards to the rather large bonuses the BOO board award themselves while their own company and SP is crashing? For clarity I was equally invested in BOO and REVB until their recent shenanigans, I am currently reducing my holding in BOO as I am concerned with their behaviour.

I hear you, if that's the case then perhaps BOO should re-employ their nominees and use their skills instead to try and save their own sinking ship? The bigger question here is how BOO have gone about doing this as a supposed supportive partner when their actions were putting resubmission to trading and current lending situation in jeopardy. Were they indeed trying to do the best thing for REVB or something else? That's the question we all need answered truthfully, not the bun fight we are seeing between the two companies now. I'm sure we all want what is best for our investments in both companies.

Kach, Held the reigns and steered the company through directorate change, a forensic investigation going back to IPO through no fault of their own and some impressive expansion while doing so. Part of the renumeration package offered when they took the job was share bonus awards if they got the company relisted. Now I'm not saying the volume is fair for what they did but corporate level wages and bonuses rarely appear justified to me. To turn the question, what have BOO board for their massive bonuses other than decimate the value of their own company and now give themselves bad press demonstrating underhanded attempts at stealing other companies?

T4g, the one recommendation on your post so far is mine, clicked by mistake, should have put my glasses on. What makes you think the current REVB board is not up to the task and BOO nominees are when it's clear that anyone other than the BOO cult few think otherwise?

Not impressed with BOO conduct either, would rather REVB continues as is but ultimately we are all hoping for the company to keep growing and the SP to keep climbing, now we are out of the gates change may happen at board level but I don't see that changing its course too much, even if changes are made it will likely take a long period to filter through the business wether good or bad, so for now I'm happy to enjoy the ride

I don't buy Bob's suggestion if the board were to be changed for the BOO nominees they may have to delist due to lack of expertise, clearly trying to put the frighteners on to protect his position. Top and bottom is that REVB business appears to be expanding and thriving, this will all calm down and regardless of a couple of changes at board level this should do well.

Proposed postponement of AGM

The Company's AGM is currently scheduled to take place at the offices of Macfarlanes LLP at 20 Cursitor Street, London EC4A 1LT on Tuesday 27 June 2023 at 1:30 p.m.

However, the Company's current directors consider that shareholders must be given sufficient time to consider whether they believe that boohoo's proposed seizure of majority control of the Company's board by voting its 26.6% stake to replace all but one of the current directors with the proposed boohoo candidates is a viable strategy that shareholders other than boohoo wish to support, particularly in respect of a business whose fortunes have only just begun to improve under a new board and management team.

Given that many of the Company's retail shareholders are required under their custodian or nominee arrangements to have submitted proxies on or prior to today's date, and given that the overall proxy deadline for the AGM is currently 1.30 p.m. on Friday 23 June 2023, clearly this shareholder engagement would not be possible without a delay to the AGM.

Accordingly, the Company will propose at the originally-scheduled AGM on Tuesday 27 June 2023 to postpone the AGM to a new date, which the Company will announce in due course, but which is expected to be in late July or early August 2023. The resolutions proposed by boohoo in the Requisition would then also be put to shareholders at a separate general meeting on the same date as the adjourned AGM.
