I got the impression there was some accumulating going on this morning, I won't be surprised to see another holdings RNS soon. But I've been wrong before.

Great way to clear unwanted stock but surely if this becomes a regular marketing strategy customers will undoubtedly begin to put off purchasing until their next fire sale? Which in turn will hit margins? Or am I looking at this the wrong way?

Mood is changing behind the scenes, for the first time since resubmission market is willing to take well over 1M shares, more telling is the price quoted is within the spread. Hold tight.

Incidentally I'm certain that the large buys by Bob and co are clearly timed to confirm to the public that they feel the threat of any future BOO nonsense will not detrimentally affect the course of business. You either back their sentiment or you don't but I truly believe those that are still peeing their knickers while trying to decide will lose out. Over to you. Good luck all.

Just try to stop crapping yourself at the thought of what BOO might do next, the higher the SP becomes the less of a threat they become, and lest not forget just how much money they are currently making on the upward trend of the SP here, puts their own companies performance to shame.

The kamanis are control freaks, they don't like the idea of someone else holding the reigns of looks to be their best ever investment to date. To stick with their historic behaviour however they didn't want to pay fair value for their investment in REVB and tried the underhand tactics we observed at a one time only opportune moment. BOO as far as I'm concerned has failed and missed that boat. Financially however it could still lead to a terrific return on their financial investment, ironically far superior to that of their own company.

The banks won't pull the facility because their are a couple of board members changed, they want their interest paid on their loans, the most realistic way to ensure that is to offer their support. Same as any other loan.

What on earth makes you think that changing a couple of board members will make the share price tumble immediately? REVB is a large established growing company recently proving its popularity by being accepted into large chain stores in Europe and USA, how do you suppose a couple of new board members will seriously impact the course in which REVB is on? Even if they do get voted in, should they fail at the first couple of hurdles they'll be voted out. I just don't accept that changing boards members to BOOs choices will diminish the popularity of the brand in any meaningfully short timeframe, anyone that thinks that way is purely of nervous disposition.

Oke's insights revolved almost entirely around calculator results which were predominantly incorrect despite any confidence he may portray. Fret not he's up to the same flawed mathematics on other boards. Shame really as he comes across as reasonably intelligent otherwise.

So we get an RNS yesterday at 4.30 to say Bob bought large at 31.625p and someone is sell for less first thing this morning? I guess that's one of the reasons people can be so fascinating. It's a head scratcher.

If you'd be happy with the SP getting back to where it was 4 days ago, and before Bob's latest vote of confidence, by the end of the month that's up to you but to be fair I have my own expectations set a little higher.

Bob's only 118,604 shares behind me now :) A definite show of confidence in where he believes the company and share price is headed, and he should know. We're hearing and seeing many signs that things are going extremely well but his large buys offer confirmation.

I think it's important to not just take things like this at face value. There is a good chance that Bob who was voted in by original boards on a necessity business to sort out issues probably has business interests that align with Minto. It's not Bob's fault that Minto got caught fiddling the books but it is down to Bob that Minutos share of the company has now got a value that should grow substantially now that all of the previous issues are history. It is very likely that Minto accepts his failures and he'll also know that Bob needs to be seen to do the right thing in the eyes of all other shareholders and indeed employees. I'm sure Bob has already discussed the possible outcomes of any case with him and worked a deal to cover any fines and inconvenience from REVB coffers.

Lloyd, that is the big question, what you're suggesting is exactly what you would expect of a large supportive shareholder and would seen the best strategic move for both companies. The fact that is far from what BOO tried to achieve by the aggressive proposition to oust the current board is what the latest topic of discussion is all about. Exactly why did BOO go about things in the way they have? It certainly doesn't appear from the outside to be supportive so what was/is their real intention? Their reasons made public simply do not add up.

It's a journalists perhaps slightly dramatised write up from information contained within the official REVB and BOO RNS's. Nothing there we didn't already know?

There are probably as many possibilities as we are prepared to think up, that's a possibility, but surely that kind of discussion should be discussed in detail civilly with all of the fores and against deliberated over and a conclusion drawn based on sound reasoning and fact. BOOs attempted coup does not point to things being that way. Are you suggesting that Bob and co do not want to do what's best to progress the company but BOO do? There are differing views and opinions every day in board rooms, they are generally discussed and debated in a sensible manner until a conclusion possibly of some compromise is reached. It's not so much that BOO might have liked to have made changes and who's to say the genuinely didn't feel it was for the best for REVB and their holding. Unfortunately nothing about their underhand and aggressive attempt to oust the current board suggests that to be the case.
