Let us not forget the excitement that was created at the announcement that BOO was buying in heavily, it showed great confidence in REVB products and their future. Outside of the founders antics which have since been all addressed, the company was doing very well and still very much in its development and growth phase, it still is. BOO needs this to do well, the founders will want this to do well. Let us also not forget all the news of expanding into new chain stores and new product developments, progressing so well behind the scenes that directors were buying heavily recently. Much to play for and very limited downside from here in my view.

And it's only an extra £5.95 per trade fee so hardly makes any difference when dealing with volume.

HH, I was selling not because I don't believe in THG or where it's headed, I'm still a large holder and supporter. In tranches of 5000 primarily because I was buying into a pullback of another share I own and trying to catch the bottom through multiple buys while still trying to gain as much as possible from the upward momentum of THG at the time. If the share I've added to today pulls back over the next few days I'll perhaps repurchase the stock I've sold here. If this process more than covers the negligible trading fees I don't mind paying them. Sorry to bore you but you asked again. Cheers.

I don't know what their problem is but given the SP performance since I let a few go I feel it was the right decision and I won't lose any sleep over it.

Look at the subject title, I didn't start it. There were people guessing as to where the tranches of 5000 were coming from, I thought I was relieving people from having to guess . I'm still a relatively large holder here, I still rate THG as a strong buy. If offering this information you feel is of no use to you, frankly I don't give a damn. Get over it.

A lot of the tranches of 5000 being sold this morning was me, portfolio rebalancing, finished for now.

Ok I'll run with it, but let's say if BOO were intending to make an offer in what region would that be? Founders and holders that bought in at higher levels pre suspension aren't going to sellout at these levels, not with the future here looking so bright. I feel there's a piece missing within this jigsaw. I'm adding anyhow.

Well, REVB the most underperforming stock in my portfolio......again. The quick recovery to 50-60p I had expected and hoped for has been thoroughly underwhelming. This stock appears to hold no interest at all to the wider market as most others are flying this morning. Something has to give, and soon.

Hosai, in agreement. Recent development is far from a BOO takeover.

Pumpky, I hear you but think you're being at least a little misleading. REVB holders voiced their concerns at a full takeover by BOO based on the suggestions by Bob that they may force administration, indeed he painted a very black picture of that outcome. Looking at the recent developments and compromise situation that outcome appears clearly to not be on their agenda. If indeed it turns out BOO genuinely want what's best for their large investment in REVB I have no problem supporting their decisions. Only future updates and numbers can show the full impact of their choices and involvement but for the first time in a long while I feel comfortable to sit back and wait. I think we are only going up from here. Good luck all with your own decisions.

Jmak - good example of what happens if we let our imaginations run riot but to be fair to you the way it's gone won't rule anything out entirely just yet. I feel the situation now has REVB in a place where it can settle, knuckle down and drive growth going forward, it's where it needs to be and about to leave the stormy recent past behind it. Its all about the next update and numbers now.

Rocket - REVB isn't owned and governed entirely by BOO. Growth, news and numbers will grow the SP nothing else, same as it would have been under Bob. By your own admission you want back in here at 17p, don't blame you for trying but you might be better off applying your energy elsewhere.

I feel selling up now is a bit drastic given the content of that RNS. The big worry was as BH suggested, BOO taking complete control and running it into the ground to buy cheaply. By all accounts it looks like that isn't the case. Perhaps it was the other scenario all along, BOO genuinely wants the best for their investment here and are doing their bit to ensure it. Sounds good to me.

Total agreement with you both, realistically I see no other reason to Bob's comments other than self preservation but I must remember we are only getting part of the story from both sides. Hopefully will all be resolved in a favourable way for us Pi's soon.

Bacchusll, wow, what a personality, I'm no therapist but I feel I'm qualified enough to recognise when a person could perhaps benefit from some. What is your problem dude? You just needing a cuddle? The SP here will just do what it does here despite how you might think you influence it. I wasn't going to bite but I guess I have a little. Have you tried taking specialist advice on where to put your money over the last 4 years? I have a pot with Standard life "experts" which is almost breaking even and Scottish Widows "experts" that is 30% down. My early retirement of several years ago isn't as comfortable as is could be due to world events and the actions

of so called financial experts. When needs must no-one can look after your money as well as you can if you put your mind to it. But again that largely depends on our life experiences and willingness to keep an open mind and learn by mistakes. I'm almost interested to hear what gives you the sheltered view you expressed but I won't ask. Good luck.

Wolfofwarks - strange comment, I'm struggling to comprehend your thoughts there, but then I guess they have been influenced by your upbringing and the company you keep.

Quite simply opening up the spread discourages trading. Currently buying here means instantly losing almost 5% of your investment capital on the spread plus the fees. Similarly anyone hoping to sell to trade back in lower would nee the SP to drop a further 5-6% to enable buying back in at break even. Totally kills the market.

Agree, I reported on the same thing a few days ago, they appear to be discouraging buying, with less than 20 reported trades this morning it's quite obviously working, very different pattern to yesterday. Just goes to show they can pretty much influence movement as they like within reason.
