Well after those impressive results making it evident that the company is undervalued by multiples it does surprise me that I'm able to acquire more at these levels.

Next results without the one off expenses should be even better again. Steady away she goes.

It reads to me like they are smashing it so surprised by the subdued response this morning. Lots of people will be breathing a sigh of relief after the period of silence we've had. Onwards and upwards. I won't be selling anytime soon.

Catalyst here will be news of a sale, either legacy companies or product, vast upside to play for here with limited downside at least for the next three months which is when next raise will be due if nothing materialise before that.

An actual spread of circa 10 % which doesn't encourage buying.

It does surprise me that Ricketts or none of the board are tempted to buy at these levels, NR could almost double his holding with a month's wages 🤔

I think the first 5 entries on that list are for Broker Block nominee accounts?

Which would means if you exclude Ricketts, Hanwha and Directors, PI's own circa 92% of VRS.

There were only 350m shares in the company as of July and 650m now, 300m have gone somewhere over the last few months.

Yes of course I'd expect there to be some effect on the share price if someone attempted to aggressively buy 250 million shares but then has there not just been 165.5 million bought in the placing? And someone suggested earlier that £165million could already be well under way to changing hands? To be honest I haven't yet sat down and closely looked at the numbers so it had been just an off the cuff suggestion that if anyone in big industry thought they had tech that was worth having they wouldn't have to buy the company outright to gain control if VRS didn't want to sell. No argument.

Lse99, VRS might not be up for sale outright but less than 500,000 would buy a majority controlling position within the company. Peanuts to any large organisation that thought their technology was worth something.

Out this morning, ahead of expectations so hopefully get something similar here on Tuesday.

An interesting suggestion but if it were that simple and profitable then why aren't there attempts to buy the company from those that have a loose million in change in their pocket? 🤔

Bond, yes you understand that correctly. My intention had not been to deter other investors from buying but simply to share some of my multi year experience of being a VRS shareholder with those that are possibly new to the company.

I think I made it quite clear that at 0.33p I am indeed taking a punt/gamble in the hope that the SP may recover some. If it doesn't then it will be a reminder that I should listen to my wiser side more often.

Hi FigtreeHarry, it was a journey for me with VRS for me but got out at £1.23 on the way down. Since then just been casually following the story and SP movements, so disappointing to see what has become of it despite all of the early hype. I remember my target back then being to amass 350,000 shares, well despite my feelings on the long term future of VRS took a punt today purchasing 10M shares, if only we could now get back to £1.80 😮🤞

Jemgee, clearly I don't understand but I can tell you Conman Ricketts was just as accomodating, he'd even arrange SH chats down the local offering free beer and sausage rolls, even perform occasional home visits to those that had their live savings invested 😉

The new story? You mean the one where they still can't find a viable use for anything they have discovered or can produce? If you have enough time read through all of the RNS's that VRS has produced and see what has become of all of them.

For the sake of current holders I do really hope for a miracle however.
