I agree which I assume is the reason why major shareholders such as Richard Griffith's have demonstrated unwavering financial support to help alleviate those concerns. I hope they are feeling more confident than I as the SP doesn't have a chance if they begin to unwind.

Something else that's factual and in the public domain, there can't be a single shareholder that's happy with the current declining share price despite posting anything you deem positive regards THG, the market just simply doesn't get it or believe it, of that there is no doubt.

I'm still a large holder hanging in here but jeez it's painful and MM and management appear to be doing nothing to change the situation. We're all just hanging in here being treat with total didain and waiting for the miracle that never comes.

Why on earth would a bank force it when THG make the interest payments every month and due to progression with the business THG is now in a more favourable position to continue the loan payments. Why would a bank change that situation? That's how banks make their money 🤷

That's a fair comment but the fact that VRS previously have not been known to win many contracts of any size and given where the SP is I'd suggest it's a little harsh to pee on shareholders expected enthusiasm for the event. It is the weekend afterall 🍻

As far as a good buy in price goes I'll personally hold off until the current trajectory back towards sub 0.1p at least flattens off 🤷

How can you possibly state that a sum.ofvthecparts valuation is irrelevant? There are various ways to try to establish the fair value of a company, by all of the available means all of the THG divisions on paper are hugely undervalued. To suggest a SOTP valuation is irrelevant just shows how thick you are 🤷

Deadlyforu, totally agree, that peepee Muppet claims to spend 500 quid for access to common knowledge stockapedia information and thinks he's a share guru. He then writes thousands of messages on bulletin boards of stocks he has no financial interest in 🤭 what a flippin clown.

Beware bulletin boards because the posters on them are needing to cover their shorts or want to buy in lower down. Beware especially those that post non stop

repetitive negativity yet also claim to have no financial interest in the companies they are trashing.

So we are witnessing VRS transition from a purely Graphene research and development business to a building/construction company using leading technology methods to produce cost effective and affordable homes and there is a chance here to buy in for under 0.1p. A new advanced building company that at 1p will be more than a 10 bagger from here. Food for thought. Let's hope this first £1Million project is a screaming success. Will definitely help their next few sets of results.

I would suggest it's not just about VRS landing a £200,000 contract but more that eventually they have found a market they can sell their product or services too, it's been a long time coming, and let's face it should the project prove successful there could be very high demand for social housing and projects of this nature.

Watch this space, it could start getting exciting again.

Well I would say you are stating the obvious and I didn't think that needed saying. For the hard of thinking, what is it they see, hear and know that the rest of the market aren't given privy to? I believe there is something which is why I remain a firm holder. I just don't see another share listed that is so undervalued with so much potential for a major re-rate. But to be fair I have been thinking that way for the last 2 years and here we are.

I agree in principle, but as with lord Lucan's wages too, someone feels their efforts and achievements are worthy of large salaries and share awards, their contribution just isn't translating to a higher share price which I agree is terribly frustrating. It keeps coming back to the conundrum of why would the major holders silently tolerate this situation for so long?

I believe the current SP has absolutely no correlation whatsoever to the three business divisions but purely reflects the popularity of Moulding and Lord Lucan in their failure to drive shareholder value of any kind. I don't think it would take much to change sentiment here, perhaps just a sign that they are capable occasionally to act in the interests of shareholders, until that day.
