To my mind he quite simply hasn't put any proposed plans to the vote of all shareholders, he can't just choose to only put it to shareholders of his choice. I honestly have no concept of how his scheme has progressed and the funds raised to afford the demerger without prior consultation with all shareholders, it just doesn't make any sense to me and I doubt the process has been fully legal.

I suspect the hold up is due to the shambolic and unfair nature of the proposed demerger being challenged, I still don't see how it possible for moulding to make decisions of such magnitude in a plc without first gaining approval from ALL shareholders. Right now I think he'll be back pedaling and searching for another solution. A complete and utter f**k up again at his hand.

The man should be instantly sacked and fined from his personal wealth to give back to those he's well and truly fleeced.

But we all know that won't happen.

I'm not sure things could get much worse and the current share price of 41p for three divisions of this magnitude is ridiculously cheap so I'm hanging in come what may, that doesn't mean I'm happy 🤷

There shouldn't be any more loss of value regardless of which way you choose to go as long as the valuation for newco is deemed fair. There has been a share swap offered I think in the region of 7:1 so if you solely choose remainco you'll be awarded extra remainco shares to the value of newco that you're giving up.

I suspect that such is Mouldings gung-ho self serving attitude he really did think he could push this chaotic demerger through any way he wanted without putting it to the vote of all shareholders, he's likely found out differently and is currently negotiating which way to go next.

I agree, and given that the majority of the chat on here over the last few years has been voicing dissatisfactiin with Ingenuity and associated Capex robbing the remainco of profits I m surprised there are so many seemingly upset at not being able to remain with ingenuity, perhaps a lot of folk have simplybchanged their tune since MA bought in and they now think they are missing out. No pleasing some folk.

This SP has now become so far detached from reality it is ludicrous. Plain and simple.

Little wonder the LSE is fooked and no-one wants to list on it.

Most likely as both BOO and ASOS felt like they were being forced down a one way street with no benefits to them, the deal with THG will likely include MA having to push his business through ingenuity which is why MA is investing heavily in Ingenuity.

THG has been completely draining investors of enthusiasm and energy since IPO and so it continues, I for one have not much left to say on the subject, I quietly wait in hope 🙏

For all the current SP is dire I feel you're a little premature in suggesting they will be exiting the market anytime soon.

Perhaps you need to read the RNS again, the 7-8 million raised is to cover associated costs of the shell company, they clearly state they have access to funds enough to acquire a company of value up to £1 Billion. Wether you choose to believe that or wether the funds will be used to acquire any part of THG is another story.

I don't think the 10-20 trades per day and the very low volumes we are seeing support that theory.

50 million revenue, 46 million market cap. Revb is not alone with these kind of ridiculous valuations. The London stock market is well and truly toasted.
