It is a very positive statement of his belief.

"ALL THE WAY TO PRODUCTION" because that is when the external finance is required: subsequently, hopefully, the project will become self-financing.

The placing was for 3.2bn+ shares.

The flowback, to date, has been pretty modest, so let us hope they have gone into sticky hands.
