Official data confirms that Angus Energy has injected waste fluid from Brockham since June 2024.

But its plan to import and inject waste from sites across southern England, is on hold because a legal agreement with Surrey County Council has not been finalised.

There is no denying the share price graph so anybody who has expressed a negative opinion in the past can now claim they were right, irrespective of the nature of the arguments (if any) they employed at the time.

We approach the end of the month of July - we should know more in the very near future.

A company can have both cash and debt! one does not exclude the other.

My view has always been that there are so many on this board spinning nothing but negatives, there was no need for me to express negative views myself.

This thread is for the benefit of negative posters, to help them concentrate their minds.

Posters who have predicted UKOG's imminent demise in the past and been proven wrong, kindly abstain from providing a prediction on this occasion.

Can always be mistaken but have no memory of Onetomany claiming ANGS have no debt.

Somewhat unlikely given this debt is currently the subject of "resculpting" or "restructuring" discussions with the lender, Trafigura.

That is what quite a number of posters were saying at the beginning of last year as they predicted UKOG's "imminent" demise.

18 months later they have all been proven wrong

If the answer is "yes", then why not go a step further and let the board know when?

The funding is out there, in the City, within industry players.

Centrica has a £2bn project to develop Rough but is unable to do anything until the government takes a decision concerning the revenue framework.

What UKOG chose not to do was to appeal the Council's refusal, this is what surprised me.

Agreed, but misses the point that the market is waiting for news of funding and not of income streams.

1/ the possibility of one of more investors (industry, financial) taking a stake in UKEn;

2/ progress in UKOG's planned application for government revenue support should help to advance investment decisions by potential investors.

Agreed concerning BB, I was surprised UKOG did not seek a further extension.

HH is a different matter, given Surrey CC have said they will take no decision on restoration until they have redecided the planning permission for which they await more information from UKOG (concerning which there is no deadline).
