Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to announce that the planned annual maintenance shutdown at our Saltfleetby site completed ahead of schedule on the 25 July. Maintenance and improvement project work scopes were delivered successfully within the scheduled outage with no safety incidents and with no harm to the environment.

Excellent news for Angus as the landmark Saltfleetby site is back onstream with its positive revenue implications.

HH seems to be far from any deadline being determined. For BB, however, there is the following deadline:

And 12 years later, here we are, still waiting for government (Labour, this time) to give the signal Centrica require in order to advance their project.

Clogau is currently in the exploration and development phase, not in production. It is anticipated that the next phase of exploratory blasting, processing and refining should go some way to confirming the potential for commercial production at the mine - and, of course, if the next phase of blasting, processing and refining produces some gold, we will look to produce and sell a further series of limited edition gold products from it which should at least help to defray some of the costs of the blasting. In the meantime, the only way the Company is able to fund the costs of the blasting is from the equity markets.

The gold production and sales of coins to date have largely been achieved from a combination of past sampling at the mine and from gold extracted from the historic waste tip at the site, rather than from the blasting to date ...

Private sector funding can come from the City, such as infrastructure investment funds or major institutions:

"Additionally, the Company continues discussions with several energy infrastructure investors regarding joint venture participation in the Company's South Dorset and Yorkshire projects owned by its wholly owned subsidiary UK Energy Storage ("UKEn"). It can also come from industry players such as those which provided letters of support in 2024 before the new government changed the timetable.

There is no shortage of private sector funding out there. What is required is for the government to determine the regulatory and revenue framework so that the private sector can act.

Centrica is waiting upon a clear signal from government to invest £2bn in Rough.

What have tick tocked for the last time are the historic hedges. Very nearly a month now since they fell by the wayside.

As I understand it, amongst other factors affecting PPP, the gentleman responsible for their accounts died and they were consequently unable to access the company's accounts.

UKOG's problems are not those of PPP.

Annual Report and Accounts Publication Update

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) wishes to advise that the Company now plans to publish its audited 2024 Annual Report and Accounts along with its Interim results for the six-month period ended March 2025 no later than early September 2025.

Question 22: Government acknowledges the critical role that hydrogen storage will play in the

deployment of H2P and the need for a bespoke business model to support this. Through the

HSBM (Hydrogen Storage Business Model), government has already committed to support hydrogen storage projects to become

operational at the earliest opportunity via a targeted market intervention. (page 39 of government's H2P: Market Intervention Consultation Response, December 24)

Centrica seeks a government commitment to a cap and floor regulatory framework for Rough before it undertakes a £2bn development of Rough including for hydrogen storage purposes.

A green light from government to Centrica would also be a green light to the private sector in general enabling the sector to better measure risk and reward in long term energy storage.
