In my turn, I agree very largely with what you have posted.

Re point 2, there is always the possibility they strike visible gold. If this was to occur in visible magnitude, the effect on the share price could be immediate.

With or without hydrogen, the UK's long-term energy storage capacity is very low so, as the UK's "largest potential subsurface porous rock storage reservoir". Saltfleetby's value for long-term storage purposes is considerable, as was recognised in the MOU with Trafigura of 22/02/24.

However, the possibility of a strong share price recovery is ever present:

1/ Alba has just raised £550k so there is no immediate need for a further raise;

2/ the next stage of the blasting programme at Clogau is underway and there is no way of telling when they might strike gold in serious quantity;

3/ GROC has obtained CRMA Strategic Project status and meetings are continuing with EU representatives to access no or low-cost financing;

4/ Alba has been inspired by GROC to follow a somewhat similar route for the financing of its Greenland rare earths project.

I don’t normally comment on NED’s but in this case, given who they represent these two appointments are key and should be a useful addition to the board.
