Just raised £5m, removing an uncertainty that's been hanging over the share for months.

Resolution 6 required 75% of votes cast. It didn't achieve 75% and was withdrawn.

The resolutions proposed at the GM were passed with about 93% of the vote. These resolutions were proposed after the withdrawal of resolution 6 at the AGM. They provided, therefore, the response to shareholders' preoccupations signalled by the withdrawal of resolution 6.

Why do you think resolution 6 was withdrawn at the AGM?

As far as I am concerned, it is self-evident. If it's not self-evident for you, so be it.

It shouldn't be forgotten that the open offer is not something that was sought by UKOG's management, it is something that was sought by the necessary percentage of votes withheld at the AGM by shareholders concerned to uphold shareholder rights.

You wouldn't pay 0.18p now because you can get it cheaper in the market.

But the open offer is available at 0.18p until 26/07 and a lot can happen in 2 weeks.

Personally, hope it is a sign the market in general is beginning to take notice of Angus and of its potential.

Volume is off sharply at 45.0m so far.

Looks as if the selling prompted by the placing and open offer is coming to an end.

At 0.17p, the discount on the pre-placing price of 0.24p is 29.2%.

Placing shares admitted last Thursday, so we should know very soon if an investor took a disclosable stake or topped up to arrive at a disclosable stake.

It's not because the Weald has proven to be disappointing that SE Turkey will prove to be disappointing, there is no logic in that proposition whatsoever.

The "present bunch of jokers" have successfully negotiated a £12m debt facility secured on Saltfleetby, so, as they are a "bunch of jokers" lenders are prepared to lend to, perhaps they are also a "bunch of jokers" investors can invest in.
