200-day: 0.169p

The 50-day has slipped back by about 10% recently, so these 2 key indicators are now squashed together pretty closely: a break-out above 0.201p could be very interesting.

The stock exchange only recognises trades, the distinction between buys and sells is overlaid by lse (and rivals).

A "buy" is a trade price above the mid-point of the market makers' spread at the time, a "sell" below that mid-point. It's a totally artificial construction which is dependent upon the market makers' spread.

If you want to subscribe, the price is 0.18p per new share and you have just a few days left to decide.

PS: my own broker intends to take the subscription debit on 22/07, next Thursday, so best to have the funds in the account by Wednesday. Allow 2 days for settlement of the sale, so you might well have to sell on Monday.

It's certainly allowed. Re the possibility, time is running out but hasn't yet run out!

Note that it isn't a rights issue, it's an open offer.

In a rights issue, rights that are not taken up can be worth something, that's not the case in an open offer.

Higher than it is now, that's for sure!

Without a corresponding increase in net assets, of course an increase in the number of shares isn't good for the share price.

In raising new capital, the company's aim to increase the value of its net assets, not to decrease them.

Am putting you on filter now.

These 2 extracts from the half-year report RNS of 29/06 make specific reference to July in relation to Saltfleetby's timeline. Some news soon?

- Gas commercial sales meter and analyser skid incorporating state-of-the-art Honeywell equipment is completely designed and subsequently reviewed by the National Grid. The equipment is under fabrication in the UK working towards delivery in mid-July...

-- Construction activities are planned over several months with multiple local specialist contractors. On site operations will commence in July with limited groundwork preparations on this pre-developed site. In situ fabrication of flowlines will commence in August and main production equipment will be connected as individual skid packages arrive.

If you think UKOG is worth:

0.18p, there is no dilution;
0.50p, there is dilution;
0.10p, there is accretion.

No. In the event of an overall over-application for open offer shares, then allocations not taken up will form part of the pool to be distributed amongst those who have over-applied.
