Alba did not participate in the placing, they had 11% of the shares before the placing - now they have the same number of shares but there are more shares in issue so they have been diluted. Clearly you never listened when in school.

It was a placing of UKOG shares, it wasn't a placing of shares in HHDL!
Alba's stake in HHDL remains unchanged because the number of HHDL shares remains unchanged.

2 placings around late Jan 21 involving 150m + 15m warrants making 165m in total.

Warrants exercisable for 50% at 1.20p, 25% at 1.35p and 25% at 1.50p.

These have only been 2 warrant exercise RNSs so far, so it's just a matter of deducting the warrants exercised at 1.20p, 1.35p and 1.50p from 165m to calculate how many remain outstanding.

No, not really, there remains a good few to be exercised, but when they will be exercised is entirely up to the warrant holders (until the warrants expire, of course!).

I am not really saying anything myself, I am simply bringing to the attention of the board what Alba's George Frangeskides said in his Q&A yesterday when he spoke of the possibility of a farm-in at HH.

At 31/03/22. UKOG had borrowings of £3.092m. This consists of advances made by Alba and Dor to HHDL. It is, therefore, the other way around, that HHDL owes £3m+ to Alba and DOR.

UKOG controls HHDL and consequently controls the eventual repayment of these advances.

And I'll make the same comment I made after the placing of 27/07:

today's placing should strengthen SS's hand in negotiations with potential farminees.

It's Adrian who has spoken of Igas as a potential farminee.

And it's George Lucan of Angus who has spoken of Loxley as an "attractive asset".

But think there should be quite a number of potentially interested parties.

May be ripe for a takeover but may also be moving towards a position where it, too, can acquire other companies.
