Not sure of the exact total amount outstanding, but it has been reducing pretty quickly recently, so is becoming less of an overhang for the share price (and, of course, the additional cash is very useful for the business).

In late Jan/early Feb 2021 a total of 165m warrants were issued, 50% exercisable at 1.20p, 25% at 1.35p and 25% at 1.50p.

Doesn't it raise the possibility that a potential partner might choose to bid for the company instead of carrying in full the company's Loxley development costs?

George Lucan of Angus has said Loxley is an attractive asset and Angus are always interested in attractive assets at the right price.

If George Lucan finds Loxley to be an attractive asset, then it is highly likely some of his peers find it to be an attractive asset, too (even if the market doesn't appear to do so, for the present).

Then there is the question of terms. Obviously, SS will be looking to obtain the best deal he can for UKOG.
