Nope. Angus had 6 months in which to lodge their appeal and lodged their appeal within those 6 months so there was nothing "belated" about it..

Given the management time absorbed by Saltfleetby for the last many months, W Sussex CC's planning committee's denial of the company's application for an ewt at Balcombe back on 02/03/21may prove to have been in blessing in disguise ... provided the appeal now goes their way!

PS: the title of the article is misleading.

The oil (from the Kimmeridge) has already been struck, Angus are seeking permission to carry out an extended well test, on appeal, because their original application was refused by W Sussex CC's planning committee about 18 months ago.

Forum + Aleph + Knowe Properties = 32.24% of the share capital. But there are other long-term investors, too, such as the family offices.

We've seen Odey Asset Management take a 7% stake in Igas, a company of the same kind of market cap size as Angus.

It wouldn't take much buying from a sizeable player to raise the share price to a higher level.

Sounds as if the Shale Trail walkers know more about the potential of HH and Brockham than UKOG and Angus do.

Yes, but we know they are held by the family offices who seem to be in Angus for the long term and who have 5 years in which to exercise their warrants, so these may prove to be held more solidly than those issued in early 2021 with a lifetime of only 2 years.

The interims may have been announced on 30/06 but they were for the half-year to 31/03.

The Subscription Shares carry in aggregate rights to a further 173,100,000 shares in the Company by way of the issue of warrants, which can be exercised at any time within the next 5 years at a price of 1.09896011 pence per share. (RNS of 24/05/22)
