By injecting his 49% of Saltfleetby into Angus, he became the single biggest shareholder in Angus, a liquid, quoted stock enabling him to raise some cash.

He is perfectly entitled to raise some cash if he so wishes - a lot of us quite appreciate having some cash in our bank account.

The more cash that is dumped in the bank account the better, agreed.

The share price at its current level suggests the market doesn't believe in the potential of either Loxley or Basur-Resan.

The market isn't always right and, on occasions, can adjust its expectations very rapidly.
