"Alkemy Capital Investments motored ahead on the news that its Tees Valley Lithium unit had received planning permission to build Europe's largest lithium hydroxide refinery at Teeside. The project, which is earmarked to create 1,000 jobs, aims to supply the electric vehicle battery industry.
