That last placing (of 03/02) also involved the issue of warrants exercisable at 2p:

For every two New Ordinary Shares issued, investors in the Fundraise will receive one warrant. These warrants will have an exercise price of 2p per ordinary share and will expire two years after the date of the New Ordinary Shares' admission to trading on AIM.

Has pulled the share price back a bit but appears to have been absorbed.

That;s more than 7% of the share capital.

If we say the float is 60% of total issued capital, then it's about 20% of the float which has changed hands today - that is pretty phenomenal!

Those projects only related to EU member countries. We await the projects accepted for non-EU countries (Norway) and overseas territories (Greenland).

Today's rise of the GROC share price to 1.575p is worth £231k to Alba.

25.1m shares traded is about 10% of total issued share capital.

If we ssy the float is 60%, that is 151.6m shares, it's about 16.6% of the float that has traded so far this session.

Given the trade of 8.5m shares reported yesterday (3.36% of issued share capital), a TR-1 could be incoming.
