The reverse take-over may not be dilutive at all, it can be accretive.

procedural approval obtained for Balcombe and Brockham to proceed (and Brockham which may well have implications for Lidsey)

These are what immediately come to mind in terms of the existing portfolio but others may have additional thoughts.

And all of this could be transformed by the reverse take-over.

A listing on the market, your assets become part of a quoted stock which is traded.

It looks as if Angus management is more highly rated than Angus stock!

Will the sellers of the US assets stay in the new Angus for the ride? Will a significant portion of their stock be subject to a lock-in? Early days, nothing for it but wait and see.

We think recent developments have been very positive, especially the sale of our coins for very high prices - underlining the serious commercial potential of Welsh gold - as well as the long-term renewal of our exploration rights at Clogau, which of course underpin the entire project. The grades returned from our most recent processing of the waste tip (head grades averaging 9.2g/t) were also very good.

We are looking forward to providing more details of the next phase of underground work at Clogau in the next few days together with details of the completion of our first significant field programme at Finnsbo, our high-grade gold and rare earths project in southern Sweden.

Potential Acquisition by Reverse Takeover and Suspension of Trading on AIM

Following recent market speculation, Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) announces it has entered into a non-binding agreement to purchase a group of producing assets located in the Gulf of America ("Potential Transaction").

Given the nature of the Potential Transaction, this would constitute a reverse takeover under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules for Companies and accordingly, the Company's shares have been suspended from trading ...

Don't know, Onetomany, but it's possible LadyofAim was on to something and that Angus is in the process of becoming something bigger (which was always the ambition).

What does Admission document mean?

A document required to be published by Rule 3 of the aim rules when a company seeks the admission of it securities to trading on aim.

At the request of the company, trading on AIM for the under-mentioned securities has been temporarily suspended from 19/05/2025 12:10pm, pending an announcement and publication of an admission document.

Angus remains confident in the gas reserves and potential of the Saltfleetby Field and is investigating options to increase production through workovers, new drilling as well as potential acquisitions to strengthen the financial position of the Company. (Operations and Finance Update RNS of 07/05)

GROC: await the CRMA decision re the strategic project status of its projects.

In terms of gross revenues (ie. before marketing costs), integrating a Clogau premium of 750%, 9.2 g/t is equivalent to 78.2 g/t.

Plus the Clogau gold premium.

Note: they were probably hoping the outstanding decision re the CRMA's strategic projects for overseas territories would have been released by now.
