Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
"I acknowledge the concerns of private investors about 'dilution' of shares in the Company. However, it is our view that, particularly in these financially uncertain times, raising funds from equity remains the most prudent and only feasible way to fund projects that can add substantive growth in the asset value of the company".
Look at the substantive growths it has given to date!! Is he blind ..
I did read the Rns - 20 to 50% pay cut gives him £25,000 a month 10 times the top Furlough pay rate! He needs to enter the real world .....
I think £600k pa is an abuse of his position when one reflects on his lack of investment and results - yes we are still here - at the moment - time for him to capture the moment and make a payback.
Been here forever! Believer

The SS interview takes me back to when I had a bit of training for public speaking - never really got it correct but interesting exercise - I did the same until the following was pointed out :-
He uses a great deal of Umms and Errs 88 in fact then a lot of You Knows 44 - these I was told are wasted words
On a short important interview so 132 in 720 seconds is 18% wasted - it proved that UKOG should get a Public Relations Manager that just might get the message across in a more forceful and positive manner and possibly more frequently if allowed?
2014 Assets 4m today around 30m no info on mkt cap.
No not a second account been LTH for 4 years ish and still waiting and going nowhere.
I just looked back in time - today we have 5567m shares in circulation on 3rd November 2014 we had 382m a 14.6 times dilution - I don’t suppose it’s a direct correlation but with that dilution is not 2p about the right price?
Greater minds please advise.
Is it 6% gross revenue i.e. before cost deductions?
Sorry Sagemanwe are likeminds I typed mine before I looked at recent posts
It must surely be the dilution we have suffered and the resultant huge volume in circulation?
Only UKOG could issue the best RNS on the day the markets select reverse!!!
Below is the lead statement on the Forestry Comission website - where does it say it’s responsible for the future energy generation and economic stability of the UK and yet it can decide not to allow continued exploration on an established well site ? Just who decides the fate of this nation?
“We are the government department responsible for protecting, expanding and promoting the sustainable management of woodlands and increasing their value to society and the environment.”
Is it because they want to promote biomass over oil?
Just where do they get the power to shut a site down - this needs appealing for the sake of future exploration.
